SUMMARY

This unit is perfectly perched on the 2nd level of a 3 level building, offering arguably the best views of waves crashing & people watching on the Boardwalk. Other features of this 2br+1ba home include an exclusive covered ocean front deck with BBQ & outdoor seating, ocean front master br, sunset views from nearly all rooms, 1 parking, dual King beds with tvs in both br's, & sleeps 6 (4 adults max).
HIGHLIGHTS
As you enter the home you'll be greeted with a spacious open floorplan with views directly out to the ocean. The space was newly remodeled & professionally designed by local design team Casas by Craft with a coastal theme in mind.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinets galore, beautiful white quartz countertops complimented by aqua blue tile backsplash, high-end stainless-steel Kitchen Aid brand appliances & vinyl flooring. Dining with a view? We have you covered with a dining area with seating for 4 & views that look out to the Ocean. The living room also includes ocean views and includes a SMART TV, 2 leather sofas & a set of sliding glass doors that lead to your very own ocean front covered deck with BBQ & outdoor seating, our favorite spot for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.
Off the main living area are 2br's+ 1ba. Enjoy sunsets and sounds of waves crashing from our beautiful ocean front master bedroom, which includes a King size bed, SMART TV, & oversized windows for optimal blue water views. Br#2 also includes a King bed with a twin trundle (pulls out underneath) & SMART TV.
PARKING & OTHER FEATURES
• Parking includes 1 uncovered driveway space, conveniently located right below your front door. Additional parking includes free overnight street parking + various nearby paid & unpaid public parking lots.
• Ocean & Sunset views from all rooms except br #2

• Beach gear, including boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, & sand toys

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
