This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located in the Shipmaster area of Shipyard Plantation.

The compact, yet fully equipped, galley kitchen opens to a roomy dining area. The adjoining living room is comfortably furnished and affords slider door access to a private outside patio. Also on the main floor are a laundry room and convenient half bath.

The second floor features two bedrooms, each with a private deck and private bath. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds.

Shipyard Plantation is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf.The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.

The Shipmaster area of the plantation has an on-site pool, free tennis, and is a short, leisurely, 30 minute walk down the scenic bike path to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
