We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns and the maintenance issues you encountered, especially the broken glass, damaged bathroom fan, and other conditions that made you feel your child's safety was at risk. We understand how upsetting that must have been, and this is certainly not the standard we strive to provide. We're also very sorry for the frustration surrounding the pool access. We know how important the amenities are, particularly during the summer heat, and we understand how disappointing it was to have limited access during your stay. While we did our best to provide an alternative option, we recognize that it wasn't the experience you had planned for. Your feedback regarding the condition of the home has been shared with our management, housekeeping, and maintenance teams so these issues can be thoroughly addressed. We appreciate you recognizing the home's location, views, and amenities, but we understand that those positives did not make up for the overall experience. We truly regret that your vacation ended with you leaving early, and we're sorry we let you and your family down.
