This condo is located in the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge and you have access to all of the great facilities this exclusive hotel has to offer.

Wake up to incredible views over Maggie Pond and the gentile trickle of the blue river just past your balcony. Everything you could want in a ski-in condo is right here at the base of Peak 9 and Maggie Pond. Shopping, restaurants, pool, hot tubs, ski storage and world class skiing.

Fantastic studio with gorgeous views of all of Breckenridge Resort. This is a beautiful condo with granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding and a very comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping arrangements up to 4 people.

Right at the base of Peak 9 only feet from the Quicksilver Super Chair and the kids ski school. It is also right in the heart of The Village at Breckenridge and only a 5 minute walk to Main Street.

Great location and mountain view

We really enjoyed being so close to town and hikes. Having a kitchen, living room and bed area is very relaxing. Loved the water and mountain views. Wish we used the pool and hot tubs. Only thought, more than 1 spoon and more complete and fresh coffee supplies.

Great Place & location

We went there for our 10th anniversary. Walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. Shoulder season meant we had the town to ourselves before weekend crowds. The villa had a fantastic view of the mountains. The place was perfect for our needs. We will look forward to a return here.

Great location and view - can’t beat either. That said, it’s the little things that matter and some attention to detail is warranted. Earring backing on the carpet and hair in the shower (cleaners). Linens - bed and towels - have served their purpose and need to be replaced. Some light maintenance - fuse box cover hinge, paint, curtains need some attention. I

Loved the location. Ski in/ out and a 5 min walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants. The property was great but the communication from the owner was poor. I reached out via Expedia, email and phone and never had a response once. It didn’t end up impacting our experience but I would be worried if something went wrong that he would be hard to contact. Other than this we had a great experience.

Great Convenient Location

Property was just as pictured. Super location. Studio is small for a family of three, but has everything you need. True beauty and convenience. Would recommend to others.

Great Trip

Great location and pretty view from the balcony! Easy to walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The condo was clean, loved the hot tubs after a long day of hiking, and it was a great place to stay for a long weekend in Breck.

Perfect location

I literally can't say enough about the location of this little condo. We were in town for a quick trip for a friend's wedding in Frisco. We walked everywhere as we were one block away from Main Street Breck! We had rented a car thru Turo and the parking included was much appreciated and secure. I didn't realize that this is essentially a Marriott hotel so you check in like you would at a regular hotel. It was nice having someone at the front desk 24/7 for any questions or assistance. As for the condo itself, it could use some lovin'. Carpet worn but clean. The shower curtain and bathroom had seen better days but stocked with enough towels & wash cloths. Extremely comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Balcony is lovely just wish it had a couple chairs on it to sit out and enjoy the view! Kitchen equipped with the necessities; we really didn't utilize it as we were all about the eats on Main Street. Overall it was a wonderful stay here, seamless check in/check out and the location, again, was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Breckenridge.
