Charming 1930's house only a few blocks from the St. Johns River!

Nestled in the heart of historic Welaka, you will feel right at home in this charming house, built in 1930. Within these rustic walls, you will find two bedrooms, one full bath, a family room and breakfast nook with a flat screen television, fully- functioning kitchen, WIFI, and two game rooms. The front porch game room allows for indoor activities such as cards and board games. The back porch offers seating and an air hockey table.
The house is centrally located. A couple of blocks away is the public boat ramp, where you can launch your boat for a fun-filled day of fishing, cruising, or swimming on the river. Afterward, you can tie up at Bryant’s Wharf, Welaka’s public boat dock. The house is only a few hundred yards walk away!
Days on the water are always busy and can make one very hungry! Shrimps-R-Us and The Log Cabin are all within walking distance should you feel the need to work out your sea legs!
The house sits on half an acre and is ideal for storing your boat trailer as you enjoy your vacation.

This beautiful house is perfect for any amount of time you need to stay. It’s warm and cozy and so roomy. We love this place. It’s my 3rd time booking here and it’s better and better each visit.

We loved our stay here! We visited the area for an annual "River Run". The house was clean and right across the street from the boat ramp. I would highly recommend for a unique experience in a house with a lot of charm and character. Great location and the hosts were quick to respond. We will stay again.

We stay here about 6 times a year. Its downtown Welaka and close to bats and eating places. We really enjoy staying here and will be back soon!!!

Charming older house with quite a bit of room. Cold A/C, which is a must in the middle of July in Florida. Everything worked as it should. Kids enjoyed the air hockey table..If anything was left to be desired it would be a more modern shower. Overall five stars. Very pleasant stay.

We absolutely loved staying at Welax Inn. The house is so charming. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts are exceptional. The house is family friendly. We will be staying again next year!

We have a small house in Welaka but we like to have additional space for extra guests. We have used this property many times and have always found it to be clean, convenient and perfectly suited to our needs. We highly recommend it.

It fit the bill just perfect for our fishing trip. We were so close to the boat guide thanks.

Overall, the stay was very adequate for our needs would definitely stay again at a later date.
