Destin on the Gulf 702 is a 2 bed/ 2 bath beachfront condo. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 with its King bed, 2 Double beds. Enjoy the Gulf views from this unit's private balcony or visit the beach through the property's private boardwalk and walkway. The beachfront pool offers a place that the entire family can splash around and have a great time. Use our charcoal grills to cook seafood from the local charter boats or grill your favorite meal. This unit also partakes in the complimentary amenity program with one free pass to a participating amenity.

Amenities included with your stay include:
- One complimentary round of golf with cart at Regatta Bay, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary half-day deep-sea fishing trip for one adult, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary Snorkel tour per unit, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary adult fare aboard the Sea Blaster per unit, per paid night stay.
- Unlimited movie rentals, two movies out at a time.

Right on the Beach

Best location. Quiet with direct access to the beach. Pretty clean with lots of convenient items such as pots, dishes, coffee maker and dishwasher. Nice size, however could use updating of sofa and bedding. I would stay again.

Cold week in panhandle

Beach was beautiful but weather wasn't great. Condo was as advertised but had a few minor issues. location was great!

Beach trip

Great location with walk out short board walk to great swimming beach. Close ride to Pier as well. The building is dated but clean. One elevator was down for repairs and the other elevator was past inspection date and worked sporadically so we got in some good exercise going up and down 7 flights of stairs. Overall good experience. Amenities were basic but sufficient.

Great family Get-away

We had a great time. The location is slightly remote with restaurants a little more than waking distance away though there are a couple within-in a mile that I walked to and the walk was beautiful and safe. The condo was as pictured with the only disappointment being that one shower was missing the piece needed for it to be used as a shower and could only be used as a bath. The view was gorgeous and the ease of getting to the beach for walks and enjoying the wildlife was amazing. We saw dolphins each day. Chair and umbrella service was great and so friendly. Uber was available with quick response time and safe. As a mom with 2 teens I was very happy and would return. This is a family friendly destination.

Best view!!

Everything went so smoothly with our vacation at this condo. Staying on the 7th floor, we had an amazing view on the beach and sunrise. Everything was easily accessible. The water was so clear and a beautiful blue. The beach sand was clean and so soft.

Great family time

My family and I had another great stay here. Everything in the condo worked, and it was very clean. The TV remote in the den was kind of glitchy, but looking at the ocean from the couch was much more important than watching TV. Great condo, great location.

Relaxing Spring Break

The condo was exactly what the pictures showed. The layout of the condo was great for giving us space. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view of the ocean was awesome. The exercise room, pool and customer service were great too. We also appreciated the added support for planning excursions; i.e. sunset cruise and snorkeling were fun. It was awesome to take a vacation and get what we we anticipated and needed :)

What a great experience! The view from our balcony was just what we needed. Everything we needed to whip up our own meals was right there! And falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was priceless!’

dog hair everywhere, diff. furnitures than the ones in the pictures but old and dirty, filthy floors

I won't spend any more time arguing with a management company that has an answer for everything....and not in a friendly manner! Absolutely the worst, most arrogant, unhelpful customer service! I wish I could upload some pictures! Just bring your own bedding sheets and comforters! I can't believe there is a cleaning service charge for a place like this! SMH

Great Location - Poor Cleanliness

I hate to be the person to leave a bad review considering the other awesome reviews; however, our room was NOT clean. We called the owner when we arrived who stated the room was ready. We get to the room, there’s dirty wet cloths on the beds. Trash in the drawers, dirty socks on the counter. We had to clean the refrigerator. The floors were filthy. Shortly after getting to the room, a woman came up and was aggravated because we shouldn’t have been in the room since it wasn’t ready. Throughout the week, we kept finding trash and filthy areas of the condo. Other than this, the location is perfect. The pool is nice. The check in/check out process was effortless.

Family vacation

Great stay with private access to beach was so important to us. So glad we decided on vacationing for a whole week. Condo is close to many restaurants and shopping. Our family had a great time.

Spectacular Location

The condo was beautiful but the view from the balcony was absolutely breath taking! Would 100% stay here again. They did a wonderful job communicating with us when we arrived, I could not have asked for more!

Beautiful, highly recommend

The condo is exactly as pictured; great layout with a wonderful view of the beach! It was really nice to have a second bedroom with 2 double beds and a second bath for our children. The pool on the property is nice and well maintained. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs and umbrella though. There are chairs set up daily for patron use, but they must be reserved daily and they're pricy to rent. There are a lot of dining options around if you don't want to cook and easy access to several grocery stores if you do. We would rebook this condo in a heartbeat!

Fantastic view!

Fantastic view from this 7th floor balcony. Two elevators worked great and we rarely had to wait. The gated beach access is easy to use and keeps the crowds away providing a more relaxing beach experience that was very much appreciated. Comfortable updated condo with a well stocked kitchen in a building that is starting to feel a bit dated but well maintained. Owner communicated well and check in was easy. Had a great stay and would recommend.

A perfect trip!

Great condo. Perfect location. It was very clean. Master bed was wonderful for us. The master bath faucet is a bit loose and janky, but there’s very little to complain about here.
