Fantastic floor plan for two couples. Amenities were perfect. Everything you need to stay there. Host was awesome. If in Nashville again would love to stay there. Location was perfect. Umbering was well worth it from there Enjoyed the sitting on the balcony looking at the Cumberland River

This is our second time staying at the property. It's a perfect location for a visit to Nashville. Walking distance to Broadway - but far enough away to experience peace and quiet. The property is clean and very well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river. On site parking is a real bonus. Highly recommended!

Would stay again! The community is great, pool wonderful and close to everything. Sofa bed is a hard NO so don’t recommend using it, even for kids.

This place was great. A few wear and tear flaws but other than that it was clean and easily accessible. Super close to broadway and the rugby fields which is why we were down there. Within walking distance to a lot of things. Would totally recommend and stay here again.

What a great apartment! Great spot not too far from anything. All the amenities. Comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend! Host is easily accessible.

This condo was in a great location to enjoy all of Nashville. Easy walk to Broadway and pick up for a Lyft ride to other locations. Condo was clean and comfortable with a view of the bridge and river so pretty at night. Perfect setup for friends traveling together with a bedroom and bathroom at either end of condo. Highly recommend!

We had a great day at this condo. It was a great location close to town right on the river right next to the Riverwalk. The condo was clean and well-maintained. Parking was easy. Gym was great. The condos had two fire pits and plenty of places to relax. It was a Grace for us and I highly recommend it

This location was perfect for us. Walking to Broadway was an easy downhill 15 mins. (we elected to Uber back because of our age). We felt very safe in that area. The property was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The balcony overlooking the river was a plus to this property. We enjoyed watching the river traffic and the partial night-time city view. Communication with the host was exceptional. The check-in and check-out information was well outlined and it worked like a charm. We would definitely recommend this property and would choose it again without a doubt!
