The location and amenities alone are worth the price, but the condo was beautiful. It was clean, everything we needed was supplied and scenery was amazing! Would definitely come back!

This condo was as advertised. It has awesome views of the river and Nissan Stadium. It is far enough away from the chaos of downtown, but close enough to walk to Broadway,Nissan Stadium, and Bridgestone Arena. Just be aware that the walk back to the condo is practically all uphill. If you're looking for a quiet stay that's close enough to walk to main attractions, you won't be disappointed in choosing this condo. Check in and out is a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location. As advertised. We felt so comfortable in the apartment; had everything we needed. And we felt very safe with the gated parking garage. Everything worked out perfectly and Kurt was very easy to deal with and responsive to questions.

We shared the unit with another couple and the accomodations were just right with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area. Spacious for the four of us and with enough furniture to be comfortable. The location was ideal for us to still walk to and from Broadway. Nice view of the edge of downtown and the river. Even more spacious view from the accessible common area terraces. Excellent communication all around! Thanks!

Fantastic floor plan for two couples. Amenities were perfect. Everything you need to stay there. Host was awesome. If in Nashville again would love to stay there. Location was perfect. Umbering was well worth it from there Enjoyed the sitting on the balcony looking at the Cumberland River

We had a great week. Communication from check in to check out was smooth. Clear instructions that guided you through the process. Couple small issues that were taken care of immediately. Location about a half of mile to Broadway. Easy walk down but a long uphill walk returning. After a long day walking downtown we usually took a Uber back. View over the river was awesome. The only issue was the train that blew it's horn passing through. We would definitely return.

This is our second time staying at the property. It's a perfect location for a visit to Nashville. Walking distance to Broadway - but far enough away to experience peace and quiet. The property is clean and very well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river. On site parking is a real bonus. Highly recommended!

Would stay again! The community is great, pool wonderful and close to everything. Sofa bed is a hard NO so don’t recommend using it, even for kids.

This place was great. A few wear and tear flaws but other than that it was clean and easily accessible. Super close to broadway and the rugby fields which is why we were down there. Within walking distance to a lot of things. Would totally recommend and stay here again.

This condo was in a great location to enjoy all of Nashville. Easy walk to Broadway and pick up for a Lyft ride to other locations. Condo was clean and comfortable with a view of the bridge and river so pretty at night. Perfect setup for friends traveling together with a bedroom and bathroom at either end of condo. Highly recommend!
