Great place close to Broadway!! House was beautiful and very accommodating. Super nice view of the river and the wildlife that lives there. We will definitely book again in the future!!!

It was wonderful to have on-property parking and such a wonderful location just outside of Downtown Nashville. The condo was perfect for our needs and a great home away from home. We found the food and attraction suggestions to be super helpful.

The condo is in a great location, walking distance to Broadway, and has ample parking. It is very well appointed, extremely clean, and the hosts are very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when next staying in Nashville, will return to this VRBO location. Excellent view of the river, comfortable beds and furniture, and all the necessary amenities, all in new or near new condition!

Cindy’s place was perfect for our Nashville weekend! It was clean, beautiful, well-stocked, and a short uber ride from Broadway. Cindy was kind, professional, and prompt in communication! Great experience!

Lovely home. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for those who want to be close to downtown but far enough to enjoy quiet time. The little crittters that live in the back yard were adorable. Ground hogs we think. PS, they like cookies.

Wonderful place to stay. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of parking. The pool was just lovely. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The communication with Cindy was above my expectations! The condo was very clean, well stocked and the location worked great for our group of 4. We loved being on the Cumberland River and watching the river boats and tugs pushing the barges!Thank you for allowing us to check out later in the day as we had an evening flight. This gave us more time in the city and not having to bring our luggage with us! We really enjoyed our stay here and we do plan on returning to Nashville and would definitely stay here again!

The property was just as depicted in the photos. The river views were awesome and the downtown location was very convenient. It was an added convenience to have free covered parking right outside of the condo.

My husband and I had an excellent stay ! The property matched the pictures and description that were provided. It was incredibly clean, and very easy to access Broadway as well as Nissan Stadium. We had no issues. There is plenty of parking. Excellent communication with the host.

Excellent communication and response to messages. Beautiful place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great view and peaceful location. Close enough to get a quick Uber/Lyft trip to Broadway. Very clean and will definitely be back.

Great property walking distance to Downtown. Very clean, nicely decorated and excellent hosts with great communication. Extra bonus was seeing the adorable wildlife outside our riverfront balcony every morning!

Location was quiet but walls/ceilings are thin. I could hear full conversations of the folks staying upstairs and next door. Thankfully everyone was respectful of quiet hours. Super easy to get an Uber to and from this location.
