Great condo, right on the beach. Parking spot next to elevators.Condo very comfortable and nicely furnished. Beds were great. Top floor condo, nobody above you. Mr. Tripp set up Beach chairs and umbrella everyday during my stay.It's the best place I have stayed on the Gulf. A definite keeper...

We loved our stay here! Such an awesome view of the beach/water and a spacious balcony to watch the sunset. Easy check in process and parking was great.

My husband and daughters stayed here for the 4th! WOW is all I can say! From the time got got here until the time we left we were pleased. Check in was the most simple. The assigned parking spot directly across from the elevators was so convenient and never had to search for parking. The oversized balcony and furniture was amazing, with great views! Thank you again for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

The condo is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing. Parking was directly across from the elevator which made unpacking and packing a breeze. The condo also had 2 beach chairs reserved an awesome plus.

Great location and incredible view of the Emerald Coastline. Clean unit with nice furniture. A little underwhelming with kitchen amenities/equipment, 2/3 TV remotes didn't work, and some of the linen needs to be replaced. A little snafu with the parking at the beginning with the owner quickly fixed. Good communication! We enjoyed out stay.

Wonderful and Relaxing

The property was beautiful, clean and check in was easy. Came for a festival and was perfectly located, without being in the heart of beachgoers. Will definitely come back again.

Clean rooms, comfortable. Not overly furnished with supplies or extras. Small coffee pot. No starter soaps. Basic needs were provided. Had some issues with no parking pass but was resolved.Nice laundry, large porch, beautiful view.

Sorry again for the parking situation. We couldn't anticipate the pipes in the parking deck having to be repaired. So glad they are done now. The coffee pot is an extra but the Keurig is full size. Thank you again for your patience and we would love to have you back.

By far the best property we have stayed in; just the view and balcony was worth the money! But the condo was spotless and had anything we would have needed! The King bed was so comfortable, both the hubs and I got some much needed rest this week. One of my other favorites things was the parking spot directly across from elevator…we never waiting the whole week for a ride! My only very minute complaint is the pool was very small but when you have the Gulf steps away, that is no issue really!!

Best Pcb trip

This condo was the best place we have stayed at while coming to PCB. We loved the location of where the condo was because it was in a quiet area. Most definitely will have to come back next year.

Our second stay and won’t be our last.

This was our second stay in this condo. The place is well stocked and beautiful inside. The owner is very accommodating and actually helped us out when we arrived to find the pool was under repair during our stay. Being on the top floor also offers you some incredible sunset views.
