Condo is located about 3 blocks from the beach.
This property is smoke free and sorry no pets allowed.

Nice place to stay, walk to Beach , close to shops and restaurants.

Gloria was very accomodating. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definately recomemd this place for a relaxing stay on the island!

Wonderful!

Was very impressed with this property and it's location. It was beautifully decorated, a great location, and very clean. There was some abiguity when checking in, and the parking pass, but Gloria was quick to respond and provide clarification.

Good place at a good value

Property was convenient and clean overall. The building is older but well maintained overall. Close to beach and Coligny Shopping Center.

Loved the space!

I loved how updated this condo was. It’s very clean with everything you could need, utensils, coffee, cups, plates, toiletries, etc. the space is cozy so I could see it being tight for a family of (with teenagers or adults) but if you’re spending most of your time at the beach or out it’s no big deal....The table has seating for 4 though! The location is great! Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Biking rental place is right around the corner also. Gloria also left great directions! I would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Gloria for everything!

Great long weekend stay

Gloria is an excellent host. She reached out to me before our trip and during. Her place was very clean and so cute. She has done a lot to her place. The kitchen and bathroom are both updated nicely. I stayed with my teenage daughter and it was nice to have 2 beds in a big bedroom. It's a good location, too. Gloria provides bikes, which would have been used a lot if the weather had been nicer. The condo is close to Coligny. The weather was very rainy the weekend we visited, so it was so nice to have an indoor pool. I would highly recommend this condo or any condo Gloria owns.

Just what we needed for a great price

The property was nice and perfect for 2-4 people. Communication with the owner was great, she was quick to get us what we needed. Everyone rides bikes out there so it was nice to have access to two bikes that was included with the stay. Walking/biking distance to the beach and you are close to the indoor pool and spa. It is a multi-unit condo, so we could hear a lot of noise around us in other units but it wasn't too bothersome. Would stay there again. Thanks!

Great place for small party! Excellent communication with owner. Bikes are a bonus!!

We needed a smaller place for two adults. This was perfect ( spacious, clean, comfortable). Owner is wonderful and bikes included which are a must here. The complex is wonderful ( we have stayed here many times).

Excellent place to stay in Hilton Head

Perfect location. Such a well appointed condo with excellent use of space. Beautiful and comfortable! Owner was very easy to work with. The indoor pool and hot tub were the cleanest of any I've ever used anywhere. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect little condo!
