This fully furnished waterfront townhouse has granite countertops, stainless appliances, all new furnishings to include washer and dryer for your use. It is close to Whitecap Beach, Packery Channel County Park, and PINS(Padre Island National Sea Shore). You can even fish from the back deck. Close to excellent restaurants such as Scuttlebutts, Island Time, RockNRoll Sushi, and Dragonfly to name a few. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has one bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Everything you will need for a Great Vacation!

Great location, wonderful amenities

We had two families staying at the property and it was perfect! Our kids could fish off the dock, the kitchen was well stocked, everything super clean and the owner was super responsive in answering our questions/was very accomodating! We'll definitely stay again!!

Great fishing getaway

This property was excellent!! Quiet neighborhood very very clean, kids caught lots of big fish from the private dock so that made their whole trip. Definitely recommend

Relaxing

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property. The kitchen was well stocked with cook wear and utensils, the outdoor gas grill and boat dock were a bonus. It was a great stay.

Perfect for a family!

This home was perfect for our quick vacation. So thankful for the bed options for our toddlers! They even had a pack n play available for our infant! Very easy check in process.

Great spot and amenities

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and updated with a good amount of kitchen items and a new grill. Having the outdoor table on the deck was awesome so we could sit and fish and enjoy the weather. There was a variety of beach supplies and lots of towels. Close to everything you need and good communication with the owner. Would stay again.

Great Experience!

Very clean. Easy to book and enter. Nice location. We had really friendly neighbors that rented the unit beside us that we enjoyed chatting with. Great weekend.

Place was nice but parking can be problematic. Can’t use the garage . Pillows were uncomfortable. Need feather pillows

peaceful area. no loud boats. no large crowds. right on the channel so you can fish off the deck. all appliances worked good. air conditioner worked great. only tow cars allowed in driveway so plan accordingly.

Perfect stay 100% recommend

Can't compliment the host enough about this property. He's thought of everything. Spotless, comfortable beds, beautiful decks to sit on and watch all the birds and/or enjoy the sun/evening and close to everything. The condo is exactly how it looks in the pictures... lots of room and seating -even in living room area where lots of time not enough chairs to seat everyone but not to worry about this place! It's close to beaches and short drive to downtown. Easy to find P.s. Try the breakfast tacos at Stripes just up the street- phenomenal.

Nice property on a canal

This was a great place to stay. Nice to be on the canal with a deck. The communication with the host was easy and quick. The townhouse is stylishly decorated, very clean, cozy feeling, comfortable seating, comfortable beds and bedding, and plenty of towels/blankets/pillows/beach towels. It has been updated and we were pleasantly surprised with even some additional updates from what the pictures showed (one ex: brown outdoor furniture replaced with a nice new blue patio set). Well stocked kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, strainers, measuring cups, paper towels, etc. Also well stocked bathrooms with soap/shampoo, toilet paper, tissue, etc. Great experience and couldn’t ask for anything different. We would definitely stay here again.

Family trip

My family and I come to Corpus every summer for vacation. This year, we invited my parents to come along to enjoy the beach and time with their grandkids. I found this condo, and after reading the description & and reviews, decided it would be perfect for our stay and booked it. The host was very informative and gave clear instructions for check-in and check out. Now to the condo itself. AMAZING! Right on the water, beautiful views, and a great outdoor patio area. The inside was clean, spacious (we never felt like we were crowded), and stocked with necessities. The beds were comfortable and easy to fall asleep in after a long day. The area the condo is located in is clean, quiet, and peaceful with friendly neighbors. I definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront townhouse near Whitecap Beach. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the necessities we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect—close to the beach and offering beautiful waterfront views that made for a relaxing weekend.The home was exactly as described, and the check-in process was easy and hassle-free. We especially appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the space felt for our group.Thank you for providing such a great place to stay. It was a great place to stay. The location is fantastic! A short ride to the beach, great restaurants nearby, and nice view. We even caught some fish from the deck!

Wonderful Mini Vacation
