LOCATION: This home is minutes from La Prades Marina, Bleu Canoe and Chop House, and half an hour from Helen, Clayton, and Clarksville.

DETAILS: You’ll love this stylish, 2-story home with spectacular Lake Views! “Seasons View” is a 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom home with 15 foot ceilings in the main living area and generous space to move about the open concept great room.
The First floor is the heart of the home with an open concept kitchen, living and dining room accompanied by two master bedrooms and panoramic lake views throughout. The kitchen offers top appliance amenities that emphasize the modern zen of the entire house. The spacious screened in porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or late night dinners. Enjoy cooking burgers, BBQ chicken and steaks on the Weber Gas Grill. The double sliding doors provide ample space for guests to flow in and out of the home – an entertainers dream!
The lower level is an ideal space for the kids or the kid at heart, featuring a large living room with a pool table and lounging area.

In addition, this floor includes a big screen TV and bar which comes with a full size fridge, microwave and sink. Make your way out onto the lower level through the French doors and soak up the Mountain Air and Lake Views.

This home is situated at the southern tip of Lake Burton, this fantastic home is perfect for your family and friends get away. Near award winning restaurants and all that the Lakes of Rabun County have to offer.

Perfect for our group!

Great Family Vacation House

Great family vacation house that allowed for everyone to have their own spaces and yet be able to come together whether for a meal or play. The boat slip and private beach area was a hit for our group of kids and adults. Thanks!

Lake Burton family fun!

Lake Burton

Very nice house that works great for large families. This is our fifth year staying here and has been nice every time. Boat slip comes with the house and makes it very easy to use the lake.

Great Lake House

We had a great family vacation at this house. There was plenty of room for all of us and the house was nicely furnished and appointed. Easy access to the lake and boat house.

Lake Burton Family House

Very nice 5 bedroom house with 2 master suites. Perfect for a group of family or friends. Close to the water with a slip for a boat and a sandy beach.

Another great stay @ 49 Seasons

This is our second time staying at this home and just like last year it was flawless and amazing. House is perfect and has everything you need for a family. Check-in and all communication was easy and quick. We love the available boat slip and ease of access to a quiet portion of Lake Burton. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Wonderful vacation!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely lake home. The house is clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The screened porch is wonderful, and the home is just a very short walk to the community boat house and beach area, which is great for kids. The owner was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this property!

Awesome house and location

My family visits the Helen/Lake Burton area at least once a year to remember my late father. This house is very nice has adequate room for all of us and we love that it is so near the lake. We can rent a boat and have use of a slip in the community dock.

The house was perfect for our family

With two master bedrooms upstairs and separate downstairs bedrooms, pool table and TV area the house worked out great for our son and his friend. Having a covered dock to use is also a great benefit.

Lake Burton Getaway

We had 5 adults and 5 teens/1 kid, The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space. The dinner room table was used nightly for games and the beach area was perfect for in between boat trips.

Our family and friends stayed in this very comfortable, clean, and beautiful home. It is very spacious and accommodates your every need at Lake Burton. It is very easy to communicate with the owner and neighbors are very friendly. This is a perfect home for your next family vacation to Lake Burton.

Beautiful home

This beautiful home was clean and well stocked with things that we would need. We had a view of the lake from the porch and had an easy walk down to the dock (with a slip for a rented boat) and a small beach area with a fire pit. The house was located a short drive away to LaPrades Marina and a little longer drive to Anchorage where there were boat rentals and casual dock dining.

Everything you might imagine

The home was nice, clean and is equipped with everything you might need. All we brought was food and drinks. The lake is gorgeous and serene. The community is quiet and peaceful. This is the perfect getaway home it’s simply picture perfect!

Lake Burton

5 bedroom 4 bath house about 50 feet from the water. Includes boat slip. 2 master suites, large well equipped kitchen, third bedroom with bath, 2 downstairs bedrooms (one with two bunks and the other with two queens) that share a bath. Pool table. This is our third stay and have never been disappointed. Appears to have been recently repainted.

Best house on the lake.

We have been coming to Lake Burton for the last 8 years and typically look for a new house each year. That process will now change, as we found the best house in the lake. This place is amazing (maybe I shouldn’t say that though, so it’ll be available next year). The house is fully updated, clean and has everything you need. The shared boat house and community dock worked perfectly and the neighbors were extremely friendly and welcoming. Very easy to get to and is located in a very quiet portion of the lake. We will definitely try to stay here again.

This is the third year we have stayed here so of course have been very pleased. A short walk to the boathouse where we could keep our pontoon boat, a view of the lake from the screened porch, large clean bedrooms and bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen were all a plus. A very comfortable clean house in a perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Lake Burton! The house was large enough to easily accommodate our large family and was clean and well maintained. We appreciated having the 2 master bedrooms on the main level. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed meals on the screen porch with a view of the lake. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool table and the use of the kayaks. Access to the beach (with a large floating lake pad) and the fire pit (s’ mores!) provided fun for all of us. Our host replied with quick and kind responses and check in and check out were easy. We were able to rent a boat (including skis and a tube for an extra cost) from Anchorage Marina for part of our stay and used the provided #7 boat slip on the community dock. There were fun things to do in the area for the kids including horseback riding at the Dillard House and sliding at Wildcat Creek Slippery Rock. Overall, it was just a great vacation at beautiful Lake Burton!

Our family had an amazing week at this wonderful lake home on beautiful Lake Burton! Our four adult kids and three grandkids had the best time ever! Our grandkids are 10, 8, and 5 and loved playing on the small community beach and chasing little fish in the shallow swimming area. We cannot wait to come back again in the future!

I began traveling to Lake Burton in 1975 as sophomore in college. When Vicki started dating in 1982 Lake Burton became one of our go to places. We have always loved the area and that has grown with each passing year. I think that Lake Burton is one of the most beautiful lakes on the planet. For me there is Lake Tahoe and Lake Burton. The cold mountain water in the lake is so refreshing in the middle of summer. The area has some the finest restaurants in the south. So in 2019 we decided it was time to have our own place at Burton and we want to share it with you the way so many have share their homes with us over the years.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Our property is in a great location on the lake. It is an easy flat walk to the boat dock and we have a nice private beach area to play in the water or just float on a raft. There's a great fire pit right next to the lake for the whole family to enjoy. Sitting around telling family stories and building grerat memories. We put in three kingsize beds so three families could share the house and no one would have to lose sleep because of a small bed. The two rooms downstairs allow the kids there own kind of get away plus pool table and a TV room to play games in. We even provide a basket of blankets to wrap up in on the cools night on the porch or around the fire pit by the lake.

Amazing Kitchen, I love to cook and this kitchen is the prefect setup. Two master suites allow two couples to have their own private get away. The screened porch allows long nights outside without the bother of bugs. Two covered porches allows you to keep playing corn-hole even in the rain. The house provides families a way to get away together for a week or two and enjoy time together. You will have room for everyone.
