Enjoy great local dining and restaurants nearby, shop and find the perfect souvenir, and even visit the Frisco Native American Museum or The Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum! Spend your vacation splashing in the ocean and soaking up the sun. The beach access is less than 200 yards away, making it easy for you and your family to make some seaside memories.

Inside Royal-T, you'll find the top floor great room; complete with a large dining room with table for 12, well-equipped kitchen and half bath. The living area features a flat screen TV, ample seating, and DVDs and books! There are multiple decks and a screened porch for watching sunrises, sunsets, moonlit waves, or just enjoying the cool ocean breeze. The bottom floor offers 2 Queen master bedrooms, each with sliding glass doors that access the covered deck. There, you can relax in the 6 person hot tub or on the deck furniture. Also located on this floor is a bedroom with 2 bunk sets, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk, a full bathroom, and laundry room. This was a great house. Close to the beach. We were a small group so it was a good size. Could use an update in kitchen supplies. We had to buy our own can opener and the blender was broken. But those are little things. The beds were hard. One had a piece of ply wood sticking out from underneath the mattress. But I appreciated the extra pillows and blankets. I’d stay here again.

We ran into a couple of bumps with our stay.

We encountered dog urine, it was strong and had a hard time getting hold of anyone to help.

royal t review

the house was good hot tub great it was clean the beds were uncomfortable the queen ones and the couch and loveseat were not very comfortable the kitchen lacked some utensils and it would have been nice to have had some kind of pulley system or elevator to move luggage and food easier

Royal-T is in a great neighborhood. But, at this time of posting, the house is in need of a deep cleaning. The rug is badly stained and has a dirty, musty smell. The couches are extremely uncomfortable. If you bring a pet, don’t be surprised if you have to pick up dog waste in the back yard. Housekeeping is not responsible for that even though you pay a $175 pet fee. Resort Reality will make every effort to make your stay comfortable so don’t hesitate to report issues. Because my family and I were fed up with the discomforts, we left four days earlier. Should a renter expect this? You decide.

Better inspection & cleaning needed before new family arrives

House was nice overall. Great location & plenty of room for 7. great hot tub & outdoor shower. Property could have been cleaned much better & maintenance should have been called before we got there. There were 2 lights that were hanging out of ceiling with wires hanging down. The dryer didn't work. If you closed the bathroom door in one of the master bedrooms you got locked in due to doorknob being broken. Corner cabinet in kitchen was hanging off. Another cabinet drawer was placed on but as soon as the cabinet below was opened it fell off. The fridge stunk like fish. The counters & table were sticky like they had not even been wiped down. We enjoyed our stay but would hope a better inspection would be done.

Great place

The pictures of the home do it no justice! It was a beautiful place so close to the beach. The trees gave it a very secluded feel. The community was small and easy to be comfortable in. No big hustle and bustle. Perfect to relax in. Would go again.
