Lovely, spacious property, thoroughly and thoughtfully prepared for people to stay. Friendly management and check-in process. Great pool. Quiet and secluded area, but only a 5 min drive from great places to eat and drink.

Absolutely beautiful!

This property was perfect for our stay in every way. Beautiful design and furnishings, gorgeous pool, mountain views, great space, comfortably appointed and a convenient location. It was a pleasure to stay there and we would love to go back!

There is so much to say about how fabulous this vacation rental was. Very comfortable for 5 of us. I loved that we could be in the kitchen, without running into one another (I'm a restaurant owner). The cabinets were very well stocked.There was enough space for each of use to have our own private space, because of the layout of the home.The owner seemed to think of, and supply anything you might need.Well decorated, but with a homey feel.The pool and grounds were very well maintained.Stacy and Daria provided good communication, and were there to greet us when we arrived.I hope I will be able to rent this home again.

Palm Springs Picturesque Escape

This was a lovely property to relax and enjoy a quiet weekend away with a group of friends. The view of the mountains from the backyard is amazing. The pool and spa was great. And the house itself comfortable spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Such a gem

We love visiting Palm Springs. We always stay at a new VRBO and this location was truly spectacular. The mountain views, ease of walking to the beautiful Las Palmas area and the fun pool and hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated how responsive Daria was.

Fantastic house!

We absolutely loved this house. Daria was great to work with - we had one small mechanical issue and she was very responsive. The place is beautiful and well-maintained, and we spent most of our time in the lovely, large pool. We would love to come back next summer!

FANTASTIC

without going into detail, there was no detail overlooked. we had 4-6 of us and the house was perfect all around. bedrooms, family rooms, kitchen, media room and outdoor - all perfect. were frequent renters in PS over the past 20 years and this is now a favorite for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Home Away From Home

This home is phenomenal and it won’t disappoint…..I promise! We were in town for a family wedding and IMHO….we scored big time with this house! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood….there is a park close by….perfect for that early morning walk/run. From the minute you enter this home, you know you are in the right place! Clean and beautifully decorated, this home boasts a comfortable media room, a fully stocked kitchen, indoor/outdoor eating space and four really nice bedrooms….two of which are en-suite. The living room is stylish and offers great views of the backyard/pool area…with mountains in plain sight. If you enjoy the sun….this house is for you! A large, inviting pool and spa (hot tub) await you day or night! There is also plenty of shade around the outdoor patio area. This house is close to downtown Palm Springs and the Host (Daria) is a joy to work with. We had six people in this house and it never felt crowded….inside or out by the pool!

Girls’ trip

This house had everything needed to accommodate us five ladies with a little bedroom and bathroom sharing. It was pretty much exactly as advertised. There were a couple of minor maintenance things that came up, but Daria was on it quickly. The kitchen was really well stocked, including paper towel, plastic wrap and baggies, as well as some spices, oils, etc. If you want to cook, you will likely find everything you need. We didn’t want to make dinners, so we ordered in one night and found lots of restaurants within walking distance. The patio and pool area is fantastic. Could use cushions on the loungers, but not uncomfortable as is. The location was great, though it was definitely helpful having a vehicle to go further afield. About the only thing that might be off putting to a few people would be the noise from air traffic, being relatively close to the airport, as well as to a major medical trauma center where large helicopters were coming and going fairly frequently. We didn’t find it a problem and it wasn’t an issue at night. Overall, we loved it and would return in a heartbeat!

We have been using VRBO for over 6 years for houses in Palm Springs and this experience with the Mid Mod Marvel was easily the best! What an EXCEPTIONAL property! Beautiful, well maintained and had EVERYTHING you could possibly need including misters for outside in the heat! It was the absolute best view of the mountains and so much privacy. The communication with Daria was efficient and consistent and she was SO LOVELY to have left a bottle of champagne for my birthday as well. We cannot wait to return. What a vacation!!

The perfect place in Palm Springs!

I have never stayed in a nicer property in Palm Springs, or in a nicer vacation rental in general. The property is incredible equipped. Tons of great dishes, nice stove, pots and pans. Everything you need. So many properties aren’t well stocked and this one has literally tons of extra towels, sheets, blankets, soap, laundry detergent. Literally, a fully stocked house. I have to rave about the beds, seriously so comfortable. When we arrived the house was immaculate, self check in was so seamless. I could go on and on! This house is perfection in every way!

Lovely home in a very nice area of town.

We enjoyed our stay at this mid century modern home. Property manager promptly responded to our inquiries and all of our questions. Home was well appointed, the beds were very comfortable. The pool was great once it was cleaned by the pool company. It was a very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing in Palm Springs.

Top notch spot

Amazing in all aspects. The kitchen was well outfitted. Excellent indoor and outdoor furniture. So incredibly private. Walks in nearby park a plus.

Beautiful!

Our stay was wonderful! This place is better than describe in a very quiet neighborhood. The layout of the Home is wonderful for groups, as two rooms have private access to the pool area and 3/4 bathrooms with showers made it easy for 6 people to feel comfortable and not crowded. The Josie was stocked with all the utensils you need to feel at home and the owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home, we’re already talking about renting it again!

Beautiful home

Such an incredible home! The house is well appointed with high-end furnishings and has everything you could possibly need. The pool is the nicest of any property we've ever rented. And Daria, the property manager, is the most attentive host you could hope for. We can't wait to go back again some day.

Lovely well-appointed home!

Our favorite part of this home was the outdoor area. Very private and peaceful. The inside was equipped with everything you would need to have a relaxing stay. Clean and well cared for. I highly recommend staying here!

Bubble of Tranquility

My spouse and I spent a week here for our anniversary. The experience was everything we had hoped for. It felt like a stay at a private resort. Small details made a big impact— the omnipresent murmur of the spa-to-pool waterfall, the excellence of the cookware and grill, the complete privacy, the comfortable furniture, the fireplaces that we didn’t think we’d use but wound up enjoying in the evenings, the natural grass in the yard, the clothesline for quick drying our swimwear! Even in the midst of record-breaking August heat, we were perfectly at ease. The pool was deep, clean, and refreshing. The outdoor misters and lounge area were made for relaxation, and the mountain views couldn’t be beat! We enjoyed the city of Palm Springs, including a sunset walk to nearby Ruth Hardy park, but mostly we spent our time enjoying the comforts of the home. From the moment we entered, it was a bubble of cool serenity that made for a truly memorable getaway.

Beautiful Home

This was an incredible house. Just as the photos depicted. Very clean and well maintained. The home was well appointed with furnishings and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, which made cooking a breeze. We found the place resort like, quickly settled in and we rarely left as it was so comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again!
