Heritage Villas 2203 - Charming 4 Bedroom Townhouse Near Harbour Town

NEW HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE, FALL 2020, very detailed and implementing COVID-19 cleaning practices. Thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing as per CDC protocols and guidelines. Cleaning high-touch surfaces with disinfectant (countertops, light switches, handles, faucets, etc.) Towels and bedding washed in hot water that's at least 60 degrees C/140 degrees F.

Heritage Villas 2203 features Two Master Suites with private baths on the second floor each with a King size bed as well as recently installed wood look luxury flooring. The 3rd floor has a Queen in the third bedroom and the fourth bedroom has 3 twin beds sharing a bath. The third floor bedroom with the three twins has another twin bed in the large walk-in closet if you need additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Heritage Villas are a short walk to the famous Yacht Basin, the Racquet Club, and the Golf Links Club House. The location is popular among golfers ... especially during the annual PGA tournament that occurs on Hilton Head Island every April. Guests also enjoy the close proximity to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center because of the wide selection of restaurants, shops, and vacation activities within walking distance. There are miles of bike trails within Sea Pines, ride past Lawton Stables or over to the Forest Preserve for the perfect nature setting. Although the complex is a mile from the ocean, vacationers can hop on the courtesy Beach trolley located adjacent to the condo and take a fun ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club or South Beach from the Sea Pines Center next door. The trolley stop runs in the summer from 10 am -11 pm. For those who want to lounge closer to home, the living room has a new 55" flat screen HD TV with over 200 channels, SEC network, golf, showtime and movie channels along with many more upgrades of furniture and appliances. The living room sliders open to a patio with a New Weber Grill and easy access to the on-site swimming pool which has free WiFI, bathrooms, outdoor shower and plenty of lounge chairs.

Great vacation!

This was an excellent place to stay for our family vacation. A short walk to the trolley stop and the pool was just steps outside the back door. Perfect with two toddlers in tow!

Great place

We had a women’s tennis tournament and this house was a 4-5 minute walk to the courts. That was wonderful.

Excellent location and house for large families

Perfect location for biking to everything! The beach, harbor town, restaurants, coffee shops! Had an amazing time with 9 of us in the house together. Plenty of room to not be stepping on each other but large enough table and family room space to all be together for movies and dinner times. We will be back!

Great family vacation

This was one of our best vacations. We love the convenient location to Harbor Town, restaurants, pool, and golf courses. The condo was very clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool being right out the back door and the bike rides to the beach. We can not wait to go back!

Wonderful Stay!

What a wonderful week!! The condo accommodated our group so well! It was also within walking distance to Harbour Town. Heritage Villas also has a fantastic pool! Many wonderful memories made in Heritage Villas 2203.

Hilton Head retreat

Perfect 4 bedroom in Sea Pines

Great spot in Sea Pines for a large family or even two smaller ones. Place is well kept, organized and clean. The condo had everything we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful when we booked at the last minute. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future. Thanks!

Lovely villa nestled in a scenic, quiet neighborhood

The villa is in a beautiful location, with a private communal pool, with close proximity to Harbour Town and the best beaches. The villa itself was beautifully decorated, and had all the necessary amenities complete with beautiful artwork by Gina. Plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements and bathrooms were available. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty Inside and out!

great place!

My family enjoyed labor day weekend at the condo. We had both sets of grandparents and the kids, with plenty of room for everyone. The area around the condo is beautiful. We enjoyed riding the trolley around Sea Pines. Gina is wonderful to deal with. The pool right outside the patio is a plus. We hope to go back and stay again in the future.

Great Vacation Home

Spacious, clean, and delightfully decorated home in a prime location in Sea Pines! An exceptionally well-stocked kitchen in terms of cooking equipment. We were two couples, and had plenty of room and privacy. Gina was very helpful and responsive to all questions and communications. Would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to return!

Great location and Space

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heritage Villas. We have been staying in Sea Pines for years and this unit is a great value for the size and location. It was perfect for our combined family vacation. We loved being a short bike ride away from Harbor Town and proximity to the pool made for easy spurn of the moment cool downs. Gina checked in with us personally and the management company was friendly and helpful. Would definitely return to this unit.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed the property and the unit. There was an issue with the 3rd floor AC unit on Sunday night and management had someone out quickly to repair and get it up and running before we went to bed.

Wonderful vacation home for two families

We just stayed here for a great week at the beach. Two families -- four adults and four kids -- had a wonderful time in this clean, comfortable, well-equipped home with two master bedrooms and two other bedrooms for the kids. We loved being able to walk to Harbour Town, and to the pool just a few steps outside our patio door. The beach is just a few minutes drive away. We'd definitely recommend this home to anyone. Sea Pines

Surroundings and property were all nice. It was a good distance from the beach and getting our crew back and forth to the beach was challenging. The beach was quite crowded and folks are allowed to set up large tents and umbrellas directly in front of the rental umbrellas and chairs.

We loved Sea Pines!

This property accommodated our 2 families nicely. The bedrooms were spacious. We loved that the pool was just outside the back patio door, and the playground and Harbour Town were just a few blocks away. The cable, TV and Wifi were tricky to get working. We had an issue that the shower on the top floor did not work, but that was very quickly fixed for us and working again. All in all a very nice stay!

Comfortable, great location, peaceful.

Great location. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to Harbor Town. Thanks Gina for opening up your house for our family vacation. The pool and it's close proximity to the house is fantastic. Everything you need for a nice stay at Hilton Head. Gina, we assume that the paintings with "Gina" on them are yours. We loved them, especially the girl playing at the beach. Thanks again

Spring Golf

Gina was great to deal with! We were four guys in the unit that was exactly as described and pictured. The villa was spacious and flowed very well. Location was perfect for golf at sea pines but really for just about anywhere in the area. We plan on returning again and certainly recommend this villa to travellers. It would also be god for families and friend gatherings!

Lovely and practical

Our whole family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The property was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities you could want, from a slow-cooker to a BBQ grill. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, etc. The pool was right in our back yard. The two master suites afforded us some private space and the kids loved the dorm style 3rd floor.
