The upstairs suite includes a queen bed and a full-size couch for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen and large smart TVs in the living spaces offer everything you need for comfort and entertainment. Located just steps from Safety Harbor’s downtown recently ranked #5 in USA Today’s 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards for Best walking small town in America. Villa Italia offers easy, walkable access to downtown’s charming boutiques, restaurants, pubs, and cultural spots. You can park your car upon arrival and explore the vibrant city on foot.We welcome pets — please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing one. A $100 pet fee applies. Portable cribs and children’s amenities are available upon request.Like all our villas, beach gear such as chairs, towels, and toys are provided for your visits to nearby beaches and parks.If you’re planning a family reunion or need extra space, consider staying alongside our sister properties Villa Key West and Harbor House Villa, all located just steps from one another.At Villas by Christine, we pride ourselves on delivering resort-quality lodging with all the comfort and convenience of home. LOVED Villa Italia! My husband kept saying asking every day, “How did you find this place?” It was perfect in every way! Hopefully we will get to go back, God and health willing! Thank you Christine for a wonderful family visit!

Communication with host was prompt and seamless. Home was clean, neatly kept with some kitchen essentials present. So convenient (walkable) to "downtown" Safety Harbor and all it has to offer. We appreciated the pet friendly-ness as well, as we had our dog with us.

Ideal space located within walking distance to Main Street's restaurants. Villa is as advertised, very clean, well appointed kitchen and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Host was beyond gracious providing toys for our baby and checking in to make sure we found the place okay. The cleanest and most elegantly creative homes we have stayed in. Between the wine crate stair case, wine barrel coffee table and patio furniture and the little touches like coffee and filters, seasoning and cleaning supplies, made staying here carefree and fun. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, we’ll appointed, and clean, with all the amenities needed for a vacation stay. Just a block from Main Street, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Great communication with the owners. Will definitely stay again when visiting Tampa.

Great Location

The property was very clean and well furnished. It’s a very short walk to Main St. and the waterfront. The screened back patio is a lovely oasis. Christine has thought about everything to make your stay comfortable.

We absolutely adore Safety Harbor and all its charms.
Taking care of this home and trying to make it perfect for your visit has been great fun for us.
