Welcome to Villa Italia, a beautifully renovated Italian-inspired home on a quiet residential street in Safety Harbor. This villa combines timeless elegance with modern comforts and upscale amenities to create the perfect getaway.
The villa features two spacious primary suites, each with private bathrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs suite includes a queen bed and a full-size couch for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen and large smart TVs in the living spaces offer everything you need for comfort and entertainment. Located just steps from Safety Harbor’s Main Street, recently ranked #10 in USA Today’s 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards for Best Main Street in America, Villa Italia offers easy, walkable access to downtown’s charming boutiques, restaurants, pubs, and cultural spots. You can park your car upon arrival and explore the vibrant city on foot.
We welcome pets — please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing one. A $100 pet fee applies. Portable cribs and children’s amenities are available upon request.Like all our villas, beach gear such as chairs, towels, and toys are provided for your visits to nearby beaches and parks.
If you’re planning a family reunion or need extra space, consider staying alongside our sister properties Villa Key West and Harbor House Villa, all located just steps from one another.

Great Location

The property was very clean and well furnished. It’s a very short walk to Main St. and the waterfront. The screened back patio is a lovely oasis. Christine has thought about everything to make your stay comfortable.

Beautiful home and great location!!!

The owners of this unit have more than one and we have stayed in those as well. They are wonderful hosts and do all they can to make your visit to Beautiful safety Harbor unforgettable. Highly Recommend

Great spot in Safety Harbor

Ideal space located within walking distance to Main Street's restaurants. Villa is as advertised, very clean, well appointed kitchen and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

What a gem! Just blocks from many good restaurants in downtown Safety Harbor. Perfect house layout for a family of four. The host is top notch. Would definitely stay again!

Italian Villa Getaway

Excellent Home

Beautiful, we’ll appointed, and clean, with all the amenities needed for a vacation stay. Just a block from Main Street, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Great communication with the owners. Will definitely stay again when visiting Tampa.

Villa Italia by Christine

We stayed at the villa Italia for the whole month of October. We loved everything about this home! From the first contact with Christine, to the day we had to say goodbye, I would have to say PERFECT is the best word to describe our stay. Christine has thought of everything possible that you would need which was truly wonderful. The beds are extremely comfy and the screened in porch overlooking a pond was our favorite spot to hang out. I only hope it is available when we make our next trip to Safety Harbor!!

Excellent! Would stay again if in area

Very beautiful & clean well set up home. It was welcoming and comfortable. Beds comfy, good towels, lots of seating. Loved the feel of villa and helpfulness of Christine & her staff. Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend.

Villa Italia never disappoints!!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at Christina’s Villa Italia and as always it was perfect. It is comfortable, centrally located and everything you could possibly need is there. Love this place and will continue to stay with Christina.

Always Awesome at Villa Italia

This is our go to accommodation in Safety Harbor! Excellent location, fun decor and thoughtfully stocked. We love this unit and the many reminders of Cinque Terre. Our only complaint is its popularity makes it challenging to book!

So many things to like

This was hands-down, the cleanest property we’ve ever rented. Christine‘s choices to make it a themed suite were impeccable with many small touches. The location can’t be beat and Safety Harbor is a lovely town as is Dunedin next-door.

We were in the area on business and the Villa Italia was the perfect place for refuge at the end of a busy day. Cute decor and the place was spotless. Quiet & Safe. Easy access to the surrounding communities. Will most definitely return.

My name is Christine. I live just minutes away from this property in Safety Harbor. My husband Dave & I moved here more than 25 years ago from Ohio. Our four children are grown & gave us seven beautiful grand babies.
We absolutely adore Safety Harbor and all its charms.
Taking care of this home and trying to make it perfect for your visit has been great fun for us.
