Park your car when you arrive and enjoy the vibrant downtown shops, restaurants, pubs, and cultural venues all within easy walking distance.This villa offers the perfect balance of quiet comfort and easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment.Ideal for couples or solo travelers, this villa features one queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and full laundry facilities. Both the living room and bedroom include large smart TVs with access to popular streaming platforms. We welcome up to two pets — please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing any pets. A $100 pet fee applies. Portable cribs and children’s amenities are available upon request. If you’re renting for a visit to your family and/or friends, then this is the Villa! The kitchen and outdoor kitchen is equipped with everything you need and have at home to whip up a great meal. Comforts such as huge shower with unlimited hot water for those shared showers and comfort with great access to TV, but mostly a home away from home feeling! Sit outside, listen to the fountain and enjoy the breeze on the front porch. Sit with ice cold glass of purified water and listen to the rain….i can not say enough about this Villa….its the most thought through rental, great location, walk to anything you want!

This was a great little place to stay for 2 people. It was well stocked, clean and perfectly located in Safety Harbor. There wasn't much space for my dogs to go potty, but there was plenty of places to walk her and get her energy out

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property and it definitely won’t be the last time. We absolutely love this place! The location is perfect walking distance to the Main Street where all the restaurants and bars are. The property is absolutely stunning and spotless. The property manager Christine is wonderful. She is so friendly and responds in minutes. She even goes out of her way to help us with anything we need.We love this place and we will be back soon!

This is my second stay at this property and it will be the only place I stay when I visit the area. It was modern, clean, everything I needed, perfect amount of space, parking space for my rental car and so close to downtown to walk to the coffee shop and to get dinner. The host is amazing and very communicative.

This rental is so clean, so cute, and has a SUPER nice location. So much to do between Clearwater and safety harbor, you will have the best vacation staying here!!

Hi Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to review my home. I'm glad you enjoyed the fact that it was clean, quiet, had everything you needed including the foosball & other games out back. I'm sorry you thought it was closer to the beach. I try to make sure potential guests know where we are located. Although there are other beaches closer, per my listing, my house is 11 miles from Clearwater Beach. The reason most guest visit my home is because its steps away from the charming downtown Safety Harbor shops, restaurants and pier. I'm disappointed after 9 years to receive my first less than perfect rating. Best regards, Christine

What a great find

Just off Main St, this little villa was perfect for my wife and I for the weekend. Christine has done a great job with this property. Easy to find anything you need, everything you need to use is clearly marked. The porch set up is comfortable and quiet. Definitely a recommended spot to stay!

We absolutely adore Safety Harbor and all its charms. Taking care of this home and trying to make it perfect for your visit has been great fun for us.
