The Heart of Downtown Dunedin on Main St

Located above Flanagans Irish Pub directly on Main Street. You'll want to stay and never leave this brand new large 1bed/1bath apartment. Light and bright- this unit is newly renovated fro the ground up. Beautiful new furnishings and appliances make this a great place to stay. A large kitchen with bar is the gem of this apartment with a 4 burner cooktop, standard refrigerator, microwave and all the accessories needed to cook a fantastic meal. Off the kitchen is a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and sitting area to relax in while watching a large smart tv with cable. In the bedroom you will find a plush queen size bed with a pillow top mattress. Large closets for storage and hanging are another wonderful feature. The bathroom has walk in shower and a linen closet. A laundry closet holds a washer and dryer. Plenty of room in this unit to move around. A wonderful place to call home while visiting and exploring our quaint little town.
This unit is over a pub and noise might be an issue, local musicians play in the pub and surrounding area. Music stops by 12 am and pub is open until 3 am.

We enjoyed our stay very much in this Dunedin property. It was immaculate, comfortable and conveniently located in the heart of downtown. Erin, our host, was so nice and very quick to respond and share recommendations of places to see while visiting the area.

Location was great, we did not have any issues with noise, but we are very heavy sleepers. This particular unit is not directly over where the lab music is in the bar downstairs. The only issue we had was the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. Otherwise, everything was great!

I cannot say enough about this location!! The space is updated, clean, and gorgeous. The location is absolute perfection. The music from the pub wasnt really an issue. It is walking distance to EVERYTHING, and the host is kind and very responsive. Will for sure be going back!

We had a great stay in beautiful Dunedin. The place was new and comfortable. The location right in downtown Dunedin was perfect to walk around and explore the town. I would definitely come back and am looking forward to it.

Highland Games Stay

Great spot to stay when in town for Highland Games. Would definitely rebook. Walking distance to the marina, restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques.

You can walk to just about everything and enjoy the Dunedin we know and love like a local. We love helping with some of our favorite places to eat and visit, just ask and we will send you in the right direction! Also being above a Pub never hurts! Cheers!

Our location sets us apart from others being one of a few located directly on our famous Main Street. No car needed if you plan to hang out and explore our town. Plenty of breweries, shops, eateries and art to explore. The water is 2 blocks away. Beaches are no more the 8 miles away... Clearwater Beach 8 miles, Honeymoon Island/Caladesi Island/ Dog Beach are 4 miles. Dunedin hosts the Toronto Blue Jays Spring training and the field is a 10 minute walk. We are located in the Downtown district and above and Irish Pub, noise might be an issue to some.
