Spacious custom built home in Midcoast Maine with nearby attractions such as Reid State Park, Popham Beach, Robinhood Marina, Boat Ramps, Farmer's Market, Antique Stores, Five Islands Lobster Company, Georgetown Pottery, Hiking Trails, Downtown Bath, Freeport Outlet Shopping, LLBean, and so much more. Immerse yourself in this relaxing atmosphere in front of the cozy fireplace after a day of explorations, or go for a dip in the hot tub and make s'mores as you sit by the fire pit. This fully furnished comfortable home is secluded in beautiful Georgetown, Maine. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this home comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a twin trundle. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first floor has a living room with a cathedral ceiling and a beautiful floor to ceiling fireplace/chimney, a kitchen with a large table as well as extra seating at the bar and island, a bathroom with a washer and dryer, and an octagon room with a large couch for napping, reading a book, playing a board game, or watching a movie with surround sound. The hot tub is located on the front deck along with deck furniture and a grill for cooking and eating under the stars with your favorite friends and family. There is also a two bay garage for you to park your car in while you stay. Relax, unwind, and enjoy all the beautiful moments, and memories you will make.

We loved this house! It was spacious, clean, and perfectly located, and we especially loved the hot tub and fire pit. Laurie was incredibly friendly, easy to reach, and answered all of our questions promptly. We hope to return!

Quiet and relaxing setting. Watched 4 deer one morning while sitting on deck. Also enjoyed making s'mores one evening on the deck.Host was very helpful with any questions we had.

The cozy house in Georgetown is in a great quiet private location. The house is beautiful inside clean and spacious. Close to Reid state beach and Bath for shopping and dining. Enjoyed using the hot tub and gas fireplace on the deck at night.

This was our second time there. Everything was as we expected. Price was reasonable considering the size of the house and the amenities. A nice, quiet hideaway.

Everything was very nice. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and service items. The beds were all very comfortable. It was a beautiful setting to just watch the wildlife and relax

Great and beautiful retreat

We loved this place. It was a cozy place to recharge as we explored Bath, Georgetown Island, Reid State Park, and Booth Bay. Owner was terrific and very hospitable. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming.

Great House for Family Vacation

Beautiful house in the woods in Maine. Quiet spot to relax in the evenings after exploring the islands and coast during the days. Hosts were very friendly and responsive - overall a great experience.

If you're trying to get away from it all and still have the amenities of home, Laurie has the house for you. Laurie was very responsive and a delight to converse with. Loved our stay.

Wonderful stay in a great location

Our family enjoyed so much at this beautiful house. It was clean and very comfortable. We love the location which was very quiet and were able to travel from there to all places we wanted to visit while in Maine. We definitely recommend this place and will be happy to come back if taking vacation again in the area. Thank you

Peaceful location

We were in Bath for a wedding and entire family decided to rent houses on Georgetown Island. Great retreat and quite spit to unwind. Would recommend.

Beautiful, Cozy, and Kid Friendly!

Location was ideal for some quiet time but close enough to get to activities, restaurants and more. Very kid friendly house which mine appreciated. Had no issues or complaints!

Great vacation home!

My family of four had a wonderful time staying in this home for a week. We used it as home base for day trips around the area and enjoyed the grill, hot tub and firepit in a peaceful wooded setting in the evenings. We also enjoyed the comfy family room when we stayed in and watched movies on a rainy day. Our favorite things were Mile Beach at Reid State Park and lobster rolls and fried clams at Five Islands Lobster Co. Thanks for a great stay!

Touring Maine

This home was warm, comfortable and very well equipped inside and outside. The host responded quickly to all of our questions. The lodge setting reminded us of home in NC. We would love to come back and stay again.

Great Property
