Great place, great location

Just what we needed

This home was lovely! We loved the pool and fishing from the dock. This house has everything- right down to aloe vera gel for our sunburns!

The perfect getaway.

The property was everything that was listed with VRBO plus more. Owners were quick to respond to questions. Property's location was close to restaurants. Very relaxing and quite enjoyable stay. Hope to visit the property again.

This property is amazing. The hosts have thought of every little possible thing you could need. You can show up with just your bathing suit and have the best time!! The kitchen was stocked so well we cooked may meals effortlessly.The game cabinet let us really emerse into our family time and reconnect as there was so much to choose from. My boys fished everyday and caught so many fish!! We loved seeing all the wild life especially the iguanas and burrowing owls! Bathroom off the pool was so convenient with kids. We were so comfortable in all the cozy places to relax, beds couches and outdoor naps on the lanai furbiture all so comfy!! Pool and hot tub were crystal clear and very clean. Our groceries were delivered from Publix within an hour of our arrival,but the gracious host had cold beer chilled so we could begin our fun immediately. Host is so helpful and responds so quickly. We did have some trouble with the grill staying lit and the master bedroom was a little stuffy in the morning but they have fans provided. We definitely would stay here again and will highly recommend!!

If you love to fish and mom and dad love the pool... you can do both and still be together! If you need to cook dinner while kids play in the pool... that's easy too! Beautiful home

We loved our stay! The home was very clean and organized. Items/light switches labeled. Stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. Spacious, clean bedrooms. Tons of board games, puzzles, books. Pack and play available. Anything you thought you needed, they had. Quick responses from hosts. Very kind. We thoroughly enjoyed spending the majority of our days outside in the back. Swimming, hot tub, fishing on the dock. They also had sand toys, chairs, and bikes available to use. We visited fort myers beach and sanibel island for shell hunting. Boathouse restaurant at the yacht club. Lots of things in the area to do. We would stay again.

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und waren von Anfang bis Ende begeistert.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit. Das gesamte Haus war bei unserer Ankunft makellos sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet. Man hat sich sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt.Ein absolutes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Poollandschaft. Sie ist sehr gepflegt, großzügig gestaltet und bietet den perfekten Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Wir haben dort viele schöne Stunden verbracht und den Poolbereich wirklich sehr genossen.Auch die Lage des Ferienhauses ist hervorragend. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und erholsam, gleichzeitig sind Ausflugsziele, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt, sehr gut und unkompliziert erreichbar.Ein ganz besonderer Pluspunkt ist die außergewöhnlich gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Erreichbarkeit war jederzeit hervorragend, Fragen wurden schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert beantwortet. Man hatte zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl, dass der Gastgeber wirklich daran interessiert ist, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Diese persönliche und zuverlässige Betreuung hat unseren Urlaub zusätzlich bereichert.Insgesamt ist dieses Ferienhaus eine absolute Empfehlung.

Incredible. Wonderful house with heated pool and spa. Everthing was clean and the amenities well thought out. Jenn and Mark were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed fishing off their dock, did lots of swimming and loved the cape coral area with access to Sanibel, ft myers beach, etc. Perfect property with great hosts. Thank you!

Regretfully Fantastic!

I would rather rate this property as 1 star so that there would be open availability whenever I wanted to enjoy the wonderful oasis, but I will be fair. This is our second time to the house, and it was a great time. Everything was perfect, and the pool was amazing. Can't wait to return!!

Great stay!

Property was clean and lovely. Very relaxing with the covered patio, TV outside, pool and hot tub with the canal behind. Only issue to speak of is the sliding door from the master bedroom needs to be fixed. Kitchen has everything you could need and two adult bikes and child's bike in garage to use were added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice

Had a fantastic time. The property was just as described. We’re cookers and not order-iners and we had most everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. Owners even provided assistance during the great Spirit airline implosion of 2021. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing Get away

Our family had a wonderful time, we didn’t even have to leave the house other than a couple trips out to site see and grab dinner. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need to turn your groceries into wonderful meals. There was even seasonings in the cabinet. We were greeted by the wonderful property manager who told us everything we could possibly need to know! Loved it!!

They have 2 sons who also has a love for Florida and the freedom to fish anytime they wants while at the house. Because of Jenn's parents love of Florida and their many trips as a family, the dream of owning a property in Florida has finally become a reality.

Sanibel Island has been a home away from home for my family since I was a little girl. For 2 weeks every year we rented condos that cousins, aunts, uncles, siblings, friends, significant others and so many more were welcome to come and enjoy with us. We had friends from up North start heading South for winters and eventually moved down altogether, so we found ourselves exploring more areas around Sanibel. A few years ago we started coming down different times of the year in addition to our 2 weeks at Sanibel and those extra trips brought us to Cape Coral. It's not a beach town... but it is a unique area full of wonderful restaurants, canals galore, sun set cruises, shopping and so much more. Unlike Sanibel, we found multiple restaurants to sit out and eat on the water... relax, talk with friends and just enjoy life. There is something different about renting a home to share with your family, swim in a pool that's just for you and find a true piece of paradise.

We love outside and this house brought the outside with a beautiful view to us. It also has SO many windows it brought the outside in. It's truly a dream.

This home gives us open and expansive views, welcome feeling, private vacation time with friends and family and so much more. We really like being on the canal, having the dock to fish anytime and a hot tub to relax in. We enjoy having breakfast and coffee on the lanai in the morning or sitting out with a glass of wine in the evening. The Eastern exposure in the back is wonderful all day long!
