There is a private covered balcony with a spectacular view of the pool, and the beach. It is a short walk to the pool, grilling area and the beach! It's an easy walk to The Hangout, Bahama Bob's, Lauria's, Pink Pony, Sun Liner Diner and other restaurants and shopping! We have covered and outdoor parking for your vehicle (2 vehicle limit). This is a very low density complex with 18 total units.

My sister owns unit 301 in same building which is also available for rent if you need more space!

No washer and dryer in the unit but there is a laundry room available on each of the 3 levels. The cost is approximately $2.00 per load and only takes debit or credit cards. There is covered and outside parking areas so parking should never be a problem. Parking is 50.00 per car - limit 2. There is a large common area with built in grills at your disposal. Pool has chairs for sunning. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during summer season.
