This third floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location on our property, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. It is also a very short stroll to the Bay Side part of our property which has a hot tub and a second pool. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, this unit sleeps a maximum of four people. The comfortably decorated bedroom is furnished with two queen sizes bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and there is a sofa bed in the living room with a large 42" flat screen TV wit HD TV service. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the half bath is equipped with a sink and toilet. The spacious, open kitchen plan is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
