We welcome you to stay in our updated oceanfront condo on Siesta Key Crescent Beach - the best beach in Florida! Our spacious 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront home is 1080 square feet with an ocean view that cannot be beat! Unit #206 is part of the Casa Blanca Vacation Beach Resort, and the crystal white sand is steps away! Remodeled in 2023, fully equipped kitchen with quiet dishwasher, spacious living area with 55-inch 4K HD TV/Internet accessible DVD - sound bar w subwoofer and rear speakers. Indoor dining table for four, outdoor table and chairs on lanai for six additional. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with 40-inch 4K HD TV/Internet Accessible DVD, ample closet and dresser space with an in-suite bathroom and walk in shower. Second bedroom also has a king bed, dresser and 40-inch TV. Dedicated WIFI and internet for our guests. Corner 2nd floor unit offers amazing views up and down the beach from the lanai. Additional Person fees may apply.

Reviewer Comments: First time staying at Casa Blanca the property was well kept, the condo could had been cleaner, the cover in both beds were dirty with stains. The kitchen drawers had food in them. But overall everything else was ok. The condo has a great location with beautiful views of the beach which we enjoyed.

The location is perfect for sunsets, watching the gulf on the lanai and relax. The apartment is very clean and has been updated. Comfortable furniture and beautiful apartment. The staff at the Casa Blanca are super helpful, friendly and always there for you. Highly recommend.

    Beautiful Condo - Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to book this unit. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. There is a screened in patio, perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. It was a close drive for dinner in Siesta Key Village or Sarasota. We will definitely stay here again, and have recommended it to several of our friends.

Would be much better with just 2 twin beds in the room. Otherwise the stay was awesome. Did not rebook apt due to bunk beds.

    The VIEW!!

    Amazing view of the beach and gulf!! This was our sixth trip to Siesta Key and undeniably the best rental we’ve experienced! The condo is newly remodeled and freshly decorated. The kitchen is very well appointed. And there are great beach toys and umbrellas on hand. But the VIEW!!! We lived on the screened in lanai beach watching, dolphin spotting, enjoying sunsets and even catching a moon set! Sooo convenient to access the beach (even better to refresh the cooler midday!) as you are 2nd floor end unit! Pop down the stairs and there you are...white sand under your feet! We will always try to secure this unit when we return to our little paradise! Enjoy!!!

    The unit is in an excellent location , great beach views but could be cleaner with more attention paid to general maintenance, better linens etc
