Location was excellent, the private beach access was nice! Host was very communicative and answered any and all of my questions. Not a big place, but was perfect for my family of 5.

Our family had an excellent experience. Steps from the incredible beach. House had everything we needed and everything was comfortable. Host was also very responsive and accommodating.

The details matter and this property and its owner are exceptional. Loved having access to private beach. Lovely patio for relaxing right outside the unit. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very well equipped kitchen. Would absolutely stay again.

Very comfortable townhouse. Slight hiccup, but host was prompt in communicating with us. Loved how close it was to the beach and easy access to the trolley. Nicely appointed with beach gear!!

Just what we wanted!! Super clean, organized and well stocked nicely furnished place. Comfy beds and cotton linens. The owner/manager was extra helpful!! Oh, and did I mention the beds?? Memory foam mattresses—had never slept on one and after a week I’m a new woman—my back, neck and head pain gone.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly what we were looking for and met all of our needs. The location is ideal. It is close to the beach and very easy to get into town using the Breeze or Frog bus, which made everything simple and stress free. Highly recommend. The owner was super easy to reach for anything and very helpful.

Great location and beautiful place to stay! Easy beach access! The cooler and wagon with beach toys provided in the rental was great as well! Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was beautiful as shown on the website. It was big enough to accommodate our family of 4 comfortably and the location was good. Just a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately it was the record cold weekend in Florida and couldn’t enjoy but happy to play games and do a jigsaw puzzle with the family. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice place for vacation

We stayed there 5 nights, the townhouse is nice and clean, 3 bath rooms was nice. The neighborhood and the restaurants there were great.

Great stay. Just a short walk from the beach and nice pool that we had mostly to ourselves. Condo had everything you needed to visit the beach so we didn't have to bring any of our beach gear with us. Loved the puzzles! Thanks!

I’ve lived in Siesta Key since 1991 and love it here. Everyone should experience why our White quartz beaches are ranked US #1 beaches of multiple occasions. I have 3 grown sons, and semi-retired from the practice of law. I owned my law firm in Sarasota since 2002.

I manage my own properties, so you are getting one on one attention. Because I manage my own properties, I often visit the condos to insure everything is in order and I immediately fix anything the guests may notice is broken or breaks during their stay. It really is important to me that you enjoy your vacation and the place where you stay can make all the difference. So I strive to make that difference.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I also own 302 (VRBO #853790) and 313 (VRBO # 809819, exactly next door) and this unit and those are perfect for group or multiple family getaways because you can be in your own townhome (not big buildings with elevators and lobbies) and every one can be very close by and use the same private beach with the chairs already at the beach for your convenience. The private beach is only about a 100 yard walk to the gate. No crossing streets or having to drive.

So close to beach with out paying beach front prices, new, clean, comfortable. A day at the beach should truly be a day at the beach! This townhouse will allow you and your loved ones a perfect vacation. See reviews at the other 2 properties, and you’ll see I consistently get 5 stars in all my properties. I manage my own properties, so you are getting special treatment and so are the condos.
