This two bedroom/two bath condo is clean and waiting for your arrival! Centrally located on Midnight Pass in the gated community of the Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club, this unit has everything at your fingertips for the perfect vacation. Resort accommodations include two heated pools (one bordering the white Siesta Key sand), fitness center, private beach, business center, 24-hr security and office staff onsite to help with check-in and answer any questions you may have during your stay. You can walk the beach while watching the sunrise, or head one mile into the the famously known Siesta Key Village. The Resort provides lounge chairs at the pool and at the beach. Umbrellas are available to rent for a small fee. Beach front grills are available to reserve on a first come first serve basis.

This second floor unit that is conveniently located between the pool and tennis courts with only a short 650ft walk to the beach through the complex. There is an elevator in the building. For your convenience laundry facilities are available on the 2th floor.

Lovely Condo at the Beach

Very comfortable condo steps from the beach. Owner was communicative and helpful. Beautiful pool. Absolutely would stay here again. No sign of hurricane damage in the unit, and the entire property was in pretty good shape. Would stay again!

Girls' trip 2024

The beach is fabulous, the water pristine, the pool is beautiful and extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend for sun and fun. Owner is very attentive and accommodating. Always replied to our questions in a timely manner

Great condo

This property doesn’t have a view of the Gulf, but it’s a mere .2 of mile walk before your toes hit the sand. Easy! Condo was super clean and the host was incredibly responsive to emails. I do wish more info was provided on well equipped it was. Didn’t realize there were coolers and a beach umbrella/tent we could use. We purchased a cabana. Bring your own beach towels. But overall an exceptional stay. Checking in was easy and they have a super friendly staff.

A great time!

This property is very cute and in a great location. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Chris was very helpful and responded to my questions within a couple hours at most. 10/10.

Great Beach Location

Perfect location for a beach getaway with close proximity to Siesta Key Village. The owner (Chris) is very responsive to questions and his unit has everything you will need while on vacation. We stayed in mid-August (after the summer busy season) which is perfect if you are looking for a less crowed experience at the beach; the restaurants were not busy either and no reservations were required.

We were so excited to stay at this property, but unfortunately a tropical storm/hurricane showed up on the radar at the last minute. Although we didn’t get to visit, feel compelled to write a review sharing how well the host Chris communicated, and to acknowledge his understanding and flexibility in working with my family. We will definitely be back and will book with Chris in the future.

Great Place

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was close to the beach, and to town that we rented a golf cart. We also used the Frogg Hop a few times. The condo had everything we needed.

Beautiful property / wonderful time

This is a beautifully maintained resort property. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and courteous. This particular unit was clean and spacious and offered everything we needed for our stay. We loved the direct access to the private beach and the pools. We had a wonderful time!!

Pool on the beach..wonderful!

The condo was v comfortable and clean..tons of towels! The trolley stop just outside the property was great, free! We had no car so trips to the village were free and frequent! Our only objection was the grounds need a bit more care..the pool was v clean.. not enough umbrellas poolside, tho…too hot to sit there without one..overall, a really nice rental

Great and relaxing family vacation!

Beautiful property with direct access to the beach and all needed amenities. Very close to the trolley stop and the village. The only problem we had was that on the VRBO website checkout time stated 11:00 am and we were told at 10:00 am on checkout day that it was 10:00 by facility employee. We communicated this to property manager.

Perfect Getaway!

I traveled with my husband and 2 college aged kids and we were all very satisfied with our accommodations. Chris was very prompt responding to questions. The front desk staff was friendly and easy to work with. The condo space was great for four adults and provided everything we needed in the kitchen and beyond. The beach and pools were only a few minutes away and they did not disappoint. By far the best beach experience! We really liked the location too because it was close to the trolley stop and it was very easy to get to the village and back to Sarasota. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Siesta Key.

Perfect place to unplug and de-stress

Great property with easy beach access. Unit was very clean, beds comfy. The couch was a bit uncomfortable - it was a fold out bed, and the couch cushions kept caving into the fold out apparatus. But that was a minor inconvenience. We had a great time, and it was the perfect place to unplug and de-stress.

Wonderful Family Beach Vacay

We had a great time here - perfect for our family of 5! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for down time between beach and exploring downtown Siesta Key. There's a trolley/bus stop right outside of the resort entrance which is so convenient for heading into town. The walk to the beach and main pool took us about 5 minutes, so we just made sure to pack everything we needed when we headed out in the morning. The bathroom was also a bit far from the beach but manageable. We stayed for 5 days and cooked many meals in the condo, and realized after going to the store that there were not any basic cooking ingredients in the unit (salt & pepper, oil, etc.) which would have been helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would visit again!

Family trip

Our family of 4 (all adults) stayed comfortably here. The AC went out one day but was promptly repaired by the onsite maintenance staff. We were very close to the beach, which we loved, but had to drive to go out to dinner or get a drink. We didn’t realize this property was not very close to Siesta Key village. Our mistake. On site staff friendly and helpful.
