This newly renovated state of the art Villa boasts a newly remodeled and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops; new recessed lights, tile flooring and stainless steel appliances. King in Master bedroom and 2 Queens in guest bedroom, this unit can occupy up to 6 persons. For your added pleasure and convenience a new outdoor hot/cold rinse off shower is located in the rear of the villa. There are 3 Televisions, A 60" SMART TV in the living room, 32" TVs in the bedrooms. A screened lanai is equipped with a table and chairs for morning coffee or lunch; this unit has all the comforts of home and more. It is completely renovated and professionally decorated. 7 nights minimum stay in June and July.

Very nice and accommodating

Always a Great Vacation

In the last eight years decided to stay on the beach side and discovered Casa blanca And have been back there ever since. Great place to stay. The property is well maintained the beach is always equipped with lots of chairs, The pool is always nice and warm and has lots of chairs and umbrellas. The unit that we saying is always Clean and very well Equipped and there are never any surprises

Honeymoon

My husband and I just stayed at C-16 for our honeymoon, and we had a wonderful time! The villa is so close to the beach, and they provide nice beach chairs already on the beach for you to use. We loved that the unit had a couple of box fans to help us sleep at night. Pretty comfortable bed and nice shower. Would definitely go back!!❤️

Casa Blanca C16

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa C16 was just great for us. We are a family of 5 (two adults and three kids) and the unit was able to comfortably accommodate us. The villa was very clean upon arrival and we found the fully equipped kitchen (especially the ice maker and the coffee pot) very convenient. The kids loved that we were close in proximity to the beach and enjoyed the deep pool as well! Overall my only gripe was there is no in-unit washer and dryer but there appeared to be coin laundry in front of the office. We loved that the villas do not share walls/floors/ceilings with other units. The outdoor shower was very nice to have as well! Thank you Bob and Barb for an awesome week!

Love C16

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved C16, it was a beautiful villa, beautiful layout, but what I did not like was the management. The girls in the office told me %30 percent up for next rent, I go on the website and prices haven't changed. This is our 3rd year here, this year has been one of the most stressful. A long with that, the security was watching us like a hawk. It made us constantly feel that we were doing something wrong most of the time. It was intimidating to a point that it felt like we couldn't do anything. The property was not clean when we arrived, we gave everything a good scrub due to obvious dirt and particles, it has never been so dirty before. It was a great villa, but the management and the prices are not it.

Great Place !

Awesome family vacation!!!

Stayed in this villa with our 2 kids and had a wonderful time. Rooms were spotless and very nicely appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook if we were too tired from beaching it all day. Kids loved the community pool and rec room. Close to everything and far enough away to not feel crowded. On the beautiful beach in 30 second walk. Will be back!

Siesta Key - Our Favorite Place

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful villa in early September 2016. We loved it! It was just steps from the white, powdery beaches of Siesta Key. The villa was tastefully decorated and looked to be newly remodeled. The furnishings were comfortable as well as stylish. We have been to Siesta a dozen times over the past 6-7 years and this villa is one of the best!

Great villa!

This villa is beautiful! Newly remodeled and full of everything you could possibly need on your vacation. Loved the pool/beach toys and umbrellas that other guests and the owners supplied. Very close to the beach. Gorgeous place to stay. This was our 4th year returning to this property.

Fabulous place every time!

Crescent Beach is the most perfect place to vacation, but, the villa, C16 is even more perfect. I have been staying in it for about 6 years, sometimes 2x a year and could not be happier. It is newly remodeled with the most beautiful décor, there is nothing forgotten in the kitchen for anything you need. It is comfortable, down to the beds, furniture, safety and I don't think there is anything NOT the way I would like a place to stay in. The owners are very caring about their guests, the management is new and could not give more attention to whoever stays at Casa Blanca. I absolutely love this villa and have gone on many vacations thru the years and have never been happier. I can guarantee that anyone that would stay in C16 would be glad they did for their entire time. Every room is redecorated to the max to make your stay just perfect!!!!! Clean, clean, clean! Any questions have been promptly answered by the owners, staff this time is remarkable. I can't wait to come back in the fall for a piece of the perfect world!

Perfect for families and a fantastic update

A few years ago we stayed at this unit and we liked the location however the villa itself was extremely outdated. Now with the new owners, the villa looks amazing! There are tons of games to play with and the beach is literally 30 seconds away. There is new furniture, bedding, plates, etc. We enjoyed playing on the Xbox with the children and watching movies on the HUGE TV. Another perk were all of the beach toys provided to us by the villa owners. The Siesta Key area had everything we needed and the villa was only minutes away from the downtown Village. My favorite restaurant to take the kids to was Captain Curt's (apparently know for the world's best clam chowder). Having two bedrooms and the pull out coach allowed for a lot of space and there was a surprisingly large amount of drawer space for clothes and things like that. Another highlight of our trip were the beautiful sunsets. Every night we would buy drumsticks and take them out to the beach to enjoy while watching the multicolored sunsets. We will definitely be coming back to this unit next year. :)

Fantastic Villa!

We absolutely love this place! We have the pool at one end and the most stunning beach at the other! We stay the same time in March every year and always look forward to seeing all of our friends we've made. The property is extremely well kept and this unit beautifully updated! The layout of the Casa Blanca keeps it quiet with zero traffic. Best. Place. To. Stay.

Just Steps to Siesta Key & Crescent Beach!

Had a real lovely time at this large 2/2 villa with my family and kids. We particularly liked the new King bed and twin beds and that we could relax in all bedrooms and living room watching HD cable and Blu Ray movies on our own TV's (I have teenager and younger child) - great picture and sound also. My teenager in particular liked the free high speed internet in this villa (a hotspot she called it?) and didn't have to use her phone's 4G "data" to stream stuff. Not sure what all that means but my phone bill is cheaper I think. We all enjoyed family time hanging out at the beach which was literally 30 seconds away from this villa - about 15 seconds for my youngest who was so excited to reach the beach first. (I must admit I'm a little confused with beach names, but I discovered it was actually Crescent Beach located on this Siesta Key, which someone named Dr. Beach rated best in America). We found the white soft powdery sand lovely to play in, relax with, and great place to watch incredibly colorful sunsets - those sunsets were really the highlight for our family - we watched every night we could. Water was warm enough to go in and was so clear and aqua blue it didn't look real. We also loved the huge heated pool and my teenager loved the pool table and ping pong - oh, and she loved playing Xbox 360 and something called "Kinnect" sensor that let her play without controllers just standing in front of the TV & sensor (she particularly liked a racing game called Forza4 and Star Wars as a Jedi) - my youngest loved the Disneyland and Pixar Xbox Xbox games and Life, Clue and Jenga board games - they spent hours having a great time. Anytime I can keep my teenager, my youngest, and adults all happy and occupied and laughing is great for our family. We'll be back for sure.

Great digs !

This condo was immaculate and updated. We had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities the Casa Blanca has to offer. Minor inconvenience for our week was the construction going on at the street corner landscapes It was really just noise , the improvements they were making were very attractive. Entire staff and owner were super to work with.

Very relaxing

Our stay at this larger 2/2 villa was very enjoyable and relaxing. The unit was clean and bright, kitchen has all new dishes and glassware and unit has updated furniture and bedding. We found that Casa Blanca was centrally located, easy to get to the downtown restaurants and shopping. The pool was warm and inviting. My husband especially loved the big TV with the entertainment system. We were able to play games on the xbox and watch movies on the bluray player in the evening. There are even board games and puzzles available in the unit. But the best part was how close we were to the beach, we were just steps away. The sand is amazing, pure white and soft and even in December the water is still warm enough to put your feet in. At sunset, everyone goes out to the beach to watch the sun go down. This place had everything one needs for a relaxing vacation. We are certainly going to book this unit again next year.

A Slice of Paradise

My family had a memorable week exploring all that Siesta Keys has to offer. Crescent Beach has beautiful white sand, clear blue waters, stunning sunsets, and is in close proximity to the villa, making it enjoyable and manageable for families with children and teens. It was great coming "home" to a clean and beautifully decorated villa at the end of our day. The owners are very responsive to questions and easy to contact.

Siesta Key in January...YES!

We had been to Siesta Key before on day trips, so we knew the spectular nature of the white sand beach. The January weather was perfect for us New Englanders, nice blend of RI summer like days in the 70s with day or two over 80!! Also has a few cooler days in the upper 60s which was fine for us. The villa was great for us, nicely furnsihed and very comfy, ate in lots of meals with well stocked kitchen. Nice short walk to its own beach.

Tropical Paradise

The unit looked EXACTLY like the pictures, it even exceeded our expectations. The villa was very clean and welcoming. The owners stocked the villa with everything we could've asked for from sandcastle shape buckets (which our daughter used faithfully every day!) to a shoulder strap laundry carrier! Having the grill to cook out most of our meals was great too (although I think it made some of the other people in the villas a little upset when their children would come running from the beach smelling it thinking it was time to eat! haha) The swimming pool was very nice and clean as well. Unit C-16 comfortably fit our family of 5 and I would highly reccommend staying here. Siesta Key Beach, it is no wonder that it has been voted the #1 beach in the USA, it is breathtaking.

Highly recommended

Excellent location just steps away from the #1 beach. Our villa C-16 was very comfortable, nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen. The staff at Casa Blanca was always friendly and helpful. The housekeeping service was outstanding. Try to reserve C-16 first over the other units. C-16 is better located to the beach and decorated well.
