This unit features a great floor plan and renovation. The unit is engrossed in sunlight from the wall of sliders facing the boat basin and ICW. The modern design is classic & comfortable. Enjoy the relaxing master suite with queen bed, guest suite has 2 twins and large sofa is a premium queen pull-out. There is a large flat screen in the living area, in the master suite and another in the guest bedroom (3 total). Everything is new - appliances, glasses, dishes, towels, bed sheets, mattresses, couches, tables, chairs....EVERYTHING was new from recent renovation. Great location across from the beach, near a store, and public transit to the village. Great pickleball/tennis courts and good pool by the unit. The patio/balcony is spacious which is very nice too.

It was exactly as pictured, clean, and homey. The back deck gives a gorgeous view of the sunrise in the morning, and the beach access is convenient, not requiring any driving! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location, bed and sofas and outdoor furnishings all very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked - easy access to public transportation. Pool, tennis/pickleball courts and grounds great. Easy access to beautiful beach. Chairs and umbrellas provided by host.

This condo is very attractive and in a great location close to beaches and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. It is on the third floor so wouldn’t be appropriate for people who struggle with stairs. Close to bridge to the mainland for anything you might need. Nice deck overlooking the canal and intra coastal. Lovely pool and tennis courts on premises. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at the property was great! The owner was informative and helpfull. Place was clean and offered many great amenities. I would stay here again. The Vrbo process was easy.

Perfect getaway

Very nicely decorated and comfortable condo for 2. 7 min walk to the number ONE beach in the USA. Outdoor balcony has a wonderful view of boats on the Inter coastal.

Beautiful Property

We were very pleased with our week long stay. The property was as pretty as the pictures showed on line. It was very clean, and a very nice location. We were able to walk to many places and it is just a very short walk to the beach! We would stay here again and would recommend to others!!!!

Wonderful condo! Nice view of the intercostal waterway from the lanai. Beach towels, cart and sand chairs were a plus. Had a great, relaxing 2 week stay.

First time at Siesta Key

We had a fantastic stay at the condo. It was aGreat location and access to the beach was just a short walk. Condo was bright and comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the lanai by the inter coastal. The white sandy beach is incredible. We now know why it’s voted best beach in USA!! We loved playing tennis and pickleball and met lots of great people.
