Grand Pointe Unit #203... From the moment you walk into this condo, you will fall in LOVE with the spectacular gulf views as well as the exceptional views of the Perdido Pass! This beautiful and spacious condo is sure to impress!

This condo is like brand new! Since the hurricane, they have put in new furniture, new cabinets, new lighting, new decor, new beds and the list goes on an on! The owners of this non-smoking unit take such great care of it! You will feel right at home. It is conveniently located on the 2nd floor and overlooks the aqua green Gulf and sugar white sands PLUS it has views of Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay, and Ole River...

If you like watching boats pass through the Perdido pass from the balcony, fishing off the rock jetties, watch spear fishing at night, see dolphins early morning, early evening and a more private beach feeling and low density area with great dining (7 restaurants) and shopping (several boutiques and souvenir shops also) in walking distance then this place is for you.

This is a GULF FRONT UNIT, with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS. One side of this complex does not have views of The Pass, but our side of the building does!! So, your balcony views are so much better!

The living room and master bedroom both have access to the huge waterfront balcony. The sliding glass doors open onto a large private balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the views, plus it gets shady in the afternoon!! Enjoy your coffee each morning while watching the dolphins play in the water, so sweet!!

This condo has FREE Wi-Fi and there are TVs and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals, and there is a wet bar for your drinks! We offer a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to enjoy! The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a large private bath with a jetted tub, separate shower, as well as a double vanity...and fabulous views!!! The second bedroom has a king bed as well and a bathroom with tub/shower combination. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

Perfect beach condo

Great views from the porch and the beach area wasn’t crowded since it was right before the bridge! Highly recommend!!! Condo was a good size and clean!

Fantastic Stay

The condo was very clean and pretty. We stayed with my brother and sister in law and had the best time. Sat on the patio every night watching the boats come and go. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. Parking was great and the facilities were clean and well groomed. We would definitely go back.

Old gals getaway

Wonder time. We’ve stayed at Grand Pointe several times. Love the location. My only disappointment this time was we were in a room where you couldn’t see the beach. I’ll be more careful when I book next time. Other than that it was perfect.

Most Excellent place and space

The view is worth the price. The facilities, pools, beach-front, sunrises, all great. Simply one of the best places we have ever stayed. Week was too short. We will be back, again and again.

Perfect weekend getaway

Of all the times I have travelled to this area, I somehow missed this condo! The location is perfect. The condo is up to date with the most comfortable furniture. The owner checked on me immediately upon arrival. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on vacation. The sunrise view was my favorite. I’ll definitely stay here again. Oh and the ice maker in the bar was a bonus for my cooler for the Long Beach days!

Mother/Daughter Beach time

Nice and spacious. The dryer needs to be replaced. It did not heat consistently. We had to try several different settings to find one that would heat and dry our clothes. Housekeeping should vacuum behind doors. Floor rugs need to be cleaned.

Great Rental

The location was great..private access to the beach. The view from the condo was breathtaking. The condo had everything we needed. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to building upgrades but we were informed prior to arrival. It’s a short drive to almost any place you need. Will definitely book again.

Very nice place

It was a very nice condo with an excellent view. It was very clean. The only thing we didn’t like was that the trash can in the kitchen didn’t have a lid so the place got a little smelly at times. And we had a running toilet in the guest bathroom.

Amazing views from balconies! 😍

We loved our stay at the condo. Super comfie bedding, loved the new Master Bath, easy host to work with. Pool was refreshing after day at the beach (short walk down the boardwalk) and though others were there as well it felt big enough to accommodate the fun. We let maintenance crew know that the tub faucet wasn’t working but that we didn’t need it repaired for our stay if they were busy and they still came right away to fix it. My favorite part of all though was the beautiful view. Enjoyed seeing the beach and rock wall in the distance, and watching the boats pass throughout the day when we were there in the condo. 10/10 would stay again.

Quiet retreat

Great place! Quiet, very clean, and great space for relaxing. Loved the view from the balcony. Well stocked. Loved the wet bar and real wine glasses. Definitely, would stay here again.

It was very clean and comfortable

It was very very very clean and update BUT THE Property was older.. Very great location to the beach. Wife and son enjoy it very much it was Great overall Oh yea and Great location for food and fun in the area.
