Steps away from the beach in one of the most sought-after stretches of beach in southern California. Enjoyment for the whole family, whether guests want to lounge around enjoying the games and bumper table, sip wine and watch the sunset over the ocean from the balcony or patio, go for a bike ride along the beach front trail, rent kayaks or paddle boards in the harbor, or enjoy nearby shopping and fine dining; there truly is something for everybody!

This property is good for our family of 6 or 8 depending on who can come. Mariellen is a wonderful host and communicates with me from arrival to departure, answering all my questions. This is our 3rd year at this property and hope to return next year.

We had a great stay at this property. The beach access was excellent and one of the highlights of our trip. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The host was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the booking process and our visit.

Our family had a wonderful time at this house. My grandchildren enjoyed waking up every morning and running down to the water. We will definitely stay here again.

It was our 3rd time here. Great location, love the deck and private sand area for the grandchildren and sitting in the sun avoiding the wind. Great access to PCH and its many options.

Special place for our family. The house is well maintained, clean and perfect location. The kids loved running on the beach, we enjoyed walking, runs and relaxing on the patio.

This is the third or fourth time we've stayed at this property, and we LOVE it. The house is equipped with everything (chairs, beach towels, bikes, games, toys) so packing is always easy. The fact that we have our own private front yard that connects to the beach, is so handy with the grandbabies we brought along. Can't wait to visit again!

A great getaway!

This house is beautiful! We enjoyed the back deck and sandy area for our granddaughter to play in. Being steps away from the beach was amazing, as were the sunsets! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location!

Great house in a great location

We had a great stay at this house for our spring break. The location is perfect with sandy beaches right in the back yard. Views were incredible from our large master bedroom. We even saw dolphins the first morning from our balcony. Close to a great brewery and many restaurants.

There was plenty of room for our family of 7. We loved the beach and back porch. The game room was very popular. Beds were comfortable.

Best Beach Week Ever

This is our second time staying at this house.. And it was just as wonderful as it was last year.. We have no intention of going elsewhere.. Great location and great host/owner! .
