We enjoyed our stay very much! There was an abundance of linens and towels for our group of 8. Very pleasant and easy walk to the beach. Very well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. We stayed 8 nights and had no issues at all. Would definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful, and my family and I had such a wonderful weekend! The walk to the beach is just a few minutes. The crowds are so much better than in Orange Beach, yet the drive is not long if you want to go to see the sights and stores. We loved it so much!

Another great trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication was great. Their expectations were clear and helpful. The place showed some wear and tear but it wasnt bad at all. WIFI speed is very slow. Measured at less than 1 meg. Should be noted in listing. Also, cell service is poor so phone could not be used as hotspot to replace slow wifi. Also should be noted in listing. House was clean and very nice. However, it is beginning to show age. Property is currently up for sell. Probably affecting maintenance. Also, area is covered with stickers / cockle burrs. Should be noted in listing.

We wish you had reached out to the property manager or guest services to help find a solution. Fish and Wildlife doesn't allow cutting in the dunes and protects all local growth. Super clean home and the communication with management and the owners was great regarding check in and general questions. Very peaceful where this property is located. If you want to dial it down and relax for a great value in price. This is your stay!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

The house was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for my husband, our dog, and me. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view. The property management team was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and the management team.

Positives, it was a walkable distance to the beach. The inside of the property was clean and a great size for our family. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes. Great location for avoiding large crowds of gulf shores. Negatives: outdoor patio and deck areas. Patio funiture was rotted and falling apart. The swing broke on day 4 with my granddaughter just sitting on it. There was a strong propane odor that took over the patio. Gas company was called but it was a windy day. So he had difficulty locating a leak. He did say much of the set up was rusted and needed to be replaced. The images on the booking are much older than the property looked. Also, there is a protected beach rat species that really loved the patio at this property.

Great place for family vacation

Great house! Great location! Peaceful location without packed beach. Beach is a short walk through a friendly neighborhood. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Ft Morgan for the win!

We had a fabulous week. The property was just as described. The management was always available. The beach was a decent walking distance and not crowded. Overall, we would stay here again.

This was a wonderful stay / trip. We had so much fun…house is very spacious and open. The one question I had to the owner / contact was literally answered in MINUTES!!

Family Trip 2025

Easy to find. Short walk to beach. Beach not to crowded. Good local food. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Only problem was that we have 3 teens that are 5'10- 6'2 and the bunk beds were a little short for them. We had such a great time though. Will be back.

Would definitely recommend

We had a blast. The check in was super smooth. The location is not crowded making plenty of room on the beach. The location was 100 yards from the beach. The check out was very easy. The staff also came in and checked with us at one point and was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for any medium to small sized families looking for a quick get-away
