Coastal Blue #2 - Updated Amelia Island Townhouse Steps to the Sand
Come enjoy an Amelia Island getaway at our recently updated 2 Bed/1.5 Bath Townhouse! Our budget-friendly bungalow is located just 1/4 mile from Main Beach and 2 miles from the historic downtown Fernandina Beach. Plus, Ft. Clinch State Park and Egan's Creek Greenway are a short bike ride away! Our townhouse, named Coastal Blue #2, is truly convenient to everything the island has to offer - and best of all, beach access is just a short walk across the street!
Situated close enough to the shoreline to hear the waves at night, our townhouse has been recently updated including new furniture, flooring, and upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. From the lower level guests enter the living room, which offers comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area seats four and is right next to the renovated kitchen featuring new appliances and counter tops. From the downstairs level, guests also have access to the laundry room with a washer and a dryer.
Both bedrooms are on the upstairs level. In the primary bedroom, guests will enjoy the comfortable king mattress and flat screen TV. There is also private deck access from the primary bedroom.
The second bedroom offers two twin beds and clothing storage. The main bathroom on the second level has a tub/shower combination and a vanity with extra counter space. Guests are provided all fresh bed linens and bath linens, including beach towels.
Dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.

We had access to great restaurants and the beach within a mile or less. The townhouse had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Week Away!
We booked this property, but due to construction we were moved to a condo in the Omni Amelia Island. The stay was great and Destination Amelia handled everything for us!

Clean and close to the beach!
Had everything we needed besides food and drinks! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, even had some beach stuff to use. And 5 min walk to the beach. Just what i wanted for a chill weekend!

This place was very clean and organized. Had all the comforts of home. It was nice to be able to cook a meal while traveling. The location was great for many places to eat and drink.

This was just the right place for our anniversary beach getaway. Simple, practical, clean, safe, location location location. What a wonderful way to visit and be introduced to such a beautiful area. Host was kind efficient and informative.

Great location
The property was perfect for our family beach trip. It was a very short walk to the beach. The beds were quite comfortable. The unit was stocked with everything we needed.

Clean & Convenient
The townhome was very clean, had great appliances, comfortable beds & was close to both the beach and downtown Fernandina. We really enjoyed our stay & would stay there again. Thank you!

Weekend Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean which eased our minds in these crazy times. It was clear the extra necessary measures were taken to sanitize &clean. The walk to the beach was SO close ≤d us to an area that was a little more secluded than most areas. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and this home, would definitely book again!
