Villa Eau Claire is a private gated affordable beachfront home directly situated on Magens Bay. Walk into the water at roughly half the price of any other waterfront home in the Virgin Islands. The property has 4 private individual villas each with breathtaking views of the bay. The Seahorse Villa is a 2 Bed/1 Bath unit located right on a stretch of a secluded beach in the world-famous Magens Bay. This private St. Thomas vacation villa rental offers a world of natural beauty and serenity to discerning travelers. Nestled amid lush vibrant flowers and tropical trees with an enormous vista of shimmering bay waters right at your disposal, this is the perfect oasis for discovering the true meaning of a Caribbean paradise. In addition to the peaceful seclusion provided by the villa, guests will find the vibrant nightlife, charming boutiques, and fine dining restaurants of St. Thomas just twenty minutes away from home. Whatever brings you to St. Thomas, once you stay with us you will join the many number of our guests who return and tell their friends and relatives, "Stay at Villa Eau Claire. This villa measures 1,000 square feet and is situated at a small elevation just above the sandy beach, accessible via a short stairway. Inside a spacious living room has been comfortably furnished for leisurely afternoons spent indoors, and a kitchen has been well-equipped for your convenience. A wraparound deck runs the length of the unit, offering premier al fresco living/dining experiences – especially beautiful when the sun sets each night.

This villa has two bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate our guests, an ideal oasis for a mother/daughter vacation or two friends traveling together to St. Thomas. The first bedroom features a plush king bed, while the second has a queen bed.
Villa Eau Claire has undergone recent renovations to the property. Freshly painted, beautiful new landscaping, outdoor lighting, and new decor make this villa relaxing and enjoyable. The villas are large and inviting and the bedrooms private and peaceful. Once you have experienced this idyllic location you will return year after year. The warm Caribbean breezes that gently blow through each villa make air conditioning unnecessary.

Anniversary on Magens Bay

A backyard of crystal clear turquoise blue Caribbean water was the perfect backdrop for our 19th anniversary. We Started every day walking down the steps to the private Magens Bay beach entry and a snorkel sea turtle search. Found several every day. We traveled alot of the St. Thomas on this trip and Couldn’t imagine having stayed anywhere else and enjoying this as much as we did. Thanks Rich. Save us a spot we will be back!

Incredible views in this Beautiful Villa

Cannot say enough about this gorgeous villa perfectly located in Magens Bay. We had near constant view of turtles and even saw dolphins and a sting ray among other things. A bit of a trek to Magens Bay beach but totally doable and great exercise whether you walk or swim. The owner was onsite when we were there and very responsive to any needs. Also of note, there is laundry available on the premises, we would have packed way less had we known. Book this place you won’t be disappointed “.

A great find!

Fantastic. 6 days of relaxing, snorkeling, dining, resting. The island has a great pace, plenty of time for reading, hiking, swimming with the turtles, and a day trip to St. John. The accommodations were just excellent. Hosts are available and responsive, but not obtrusive in any way. We’ll be back.

Beautiful villa by the sea

The villa was spacious and clean with a lovely view of sea turtles, pelicans and iguanas from the balcony where we ate each day. The pocket beach down the stairs offered fun snorkeling and everything on the island is a 20 minute or less drive away.

Amazing Property!

We had an amazing time staying in the Seahorse Villa. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The view was breathtaking and we were able to swim with the sea turtles whenever we wanted. It was an unforgettable experience! We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay

Our stay was great! We had an amazing time. Communication was awesome. Highly recommend. We walked over to Magen's beach 4 out of the 8 days during our stay through the water (about a ten minute walk) and the beach was not crowded at all and super relaxing. We spoke to lots of other visitors to St Thomas and they were very jealous of our accommodations :)

Great location!

The house is located in a perfect location on Magen's Bay with just a few steps down to the water. We loved being able to walk down at any time and swim or snorkel or walk to Magen's Beach. The views from the deck are amazing, and we loved sitting out there and watching the boats, turtles, iguanas, birds, etc. The villa was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4. The only minor complaint is that the parking and driveway can be a bit tricky to get in and out of when all the units are occupied, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return again someday!

A tranquil place to disconnect with the everyday

Dont look any further. This place has it all. A Beautiful view, your own private beach, and tranquility. The owners were Awesome. Having someone meet you at the Airport ( which they provide) to guide you to your rental i(in your rental car) was Awesome. Why.? They took us to the grocery and then to our house. Important.... yes. We had never driven on St Thomas. So this saved a ton of frustration. For us , we can't wait to get back th St Thomas and unwind again. And we won't look for another house. If you're looking to get away and disconnect with the hustle and bustle, this was perfect for us. We went to our private beach every day and snorkeled every day. 😊😊😊👍👍👍

Great vacation with excellent hosts!

We stayed at Villa Eau Claire for a week. The condo was clean and the AC's worked great. We had everything we needed in the condo to make breakfast (sans food) and towels,. kayak and paddle board for the water. My kids favorite place during our stay was the "pocket beach" right down the stairs the villa. We saw turtles, puffer fish, cuttlefish and lots of other sea life. You can actually spot the turtles from the deck of the villa. The driveway can be a bit tricky getting in and out of because of the location on the side of the hill. Also, make sure you pick up everything you need on your way in (lots of beer) as the closest spot to buy groceries is 15mins or so away. We ended up making multiple trips to the store during our stay, which could have been avoided. Rick and Chris were very accommodating and gave us some good recommendations around the island. We are planning on coming back soon! Thanks!

Absolutely amazing. Rick is the perfect host, with detailed instructions on how to get in and super-communicative. One of AC units broke during our 90-degree stay, and Rick was able to move us to another unit that was available, after trying dilligently to get the unit fixed. The unit is beautiful in a gorgeous location overlookingmagens bay. We saw pelicans and sea turtles from our deck! Could not say enough about this magical place. Hope to stay here again on our next visit!

Paradise found

A Movie Scene!

This place sets the mood! On the side of mountain cliff with a private staircase down to a landing, go right and find a perch with two chairs overlooking beautiful Megan’s Bay, go left to a private beach! Every morning watching sea turtles, pelican and iguanas while we enjoyed our coffee. The balcony view into and across the bay was a movie scene! An amazing place and host!

Best Experience Ever

It was our first time coming to St. Thomas and we couldn’t have picked a better spot to stay! With the private beach access in Magen’s Bay, we felt like it was paradise! Fantastic Location!

We had a great week at Villa Eau Claire. Rick was very responsive to all of my questions. You have direct access to your own little beach on one of the prettiest beaches in the Virgin Islands. The wildlife was amazing - we enjoyed the pelicans - they put on quite a show for you as they dive-bomb right in front of you, you can see the sea turtles swimming from the deck and the iguanas roaming around as well. A truly amazing experience. Parking was tight…but I think that just goes with anywhere on the island. Overall, it was a super relaxing and fantastic week!

Beautiful Getaway

The vista is gorgeous. Watching the teeming schools of fish, the hunting tarpon, the flocks of diving birds, and the sea turtles in the bay at your feet is amazing. We snorkeled and lazed in the water, relaxed and counted the iguanas in the trees from the comfort of the clean and well-appointed condo. Owners are easy to interact with and the rental process was a breeze.

The house was awesome. It is a little off the beaten path, which we really enjoyed. Beautiful views from most everywhere in the house. The balcony was very pleasant with lots of wildlife to watch. The how had all the essentials and plenty of extras.

Breathtaking Views!

Look no further, you have found your next St Thomas stay! This place has absolutely breathtaking views of Magens Bay and the accommodations have everything you need. Easy access right down to the water and Little Magens beach access makes this place unbeatable! We saw sea turtles every single day and found the water right outside is amazing for snorkeling. Can’t say enough good things!
