Enjoy spectacular views from this beautiful direct gulf front one bedroom, one bathroom condo--only 50 feet from the beach. One of the best appointed one bedroom condos on Sanibel Island. Unit 2x2 boasts a totally new interior from floor to ceiling with many new furnishings, fixtures and accessories. With its king size master suite and queen size sleeper sofa, this tastefully-decorated condo easily accommodates two to four people.
Sanibel Island is known for great shelling, miles of trails for biking, and unobstructed beaches for walking. The shallow water allows for gentle swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, and the lush tropical vegetation adds to the experience of visiting the island. Enjoy casual island living in this friendly, small-town atmosphere. Strict zoning ensures limited commercial zones and no building is higher than four stories.
