Cozy two bedroom, newly remodeled 1960s-style single-wide mobile home on Lake Norman. Beautiful views from the large covered deck overlooking wide cove on the lake. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view!

Brand new gazebo and boathouse if you wish to bring a boat or jetskis. 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards and noodles, free with rental. Horseshoe pit in front yard, firepit in backyard next to lake. Water basketball hoop attached to dock. Enjoy a game of horse on the lake or play a game of corn hole by the lake. Basketball and corn hole boards supplied.

2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and pullout couch bed sleeps 6 total. TV, cable, and wi-fi available. 5 minutes from Food Lion grocery store, Walgreens, and restaurants. 10 minute drive to Target, Wal Mart, movie theater, bowling alley, 2 public golf courses, and I-77. 30 minutes from Charlotte.

Absolutely NO PARTIES permitted. This is a residential neighborhood, and we are friends with the neighbors. They will call us and the police if there are excess guests on the property at any time of the day or night. Only guests of the house are permitted up to a total of six. Anyone violating these rules will be required to leave immediately with no refund.

Please note home does not have washer, dryer or dishwasher.

Nice clean comfortable getaway with a fantasic view. Also, close to town where you can shop gas food. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely return

The property is dated, but if you aren't looking for anything fancy it is perfect! The AC worked great and the beds were comfortable, we spent most of our time outside on the dock or deck and it was exactly what we needed. The kayaks and SUPs weren't in great condition but we made it work and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there.

We had a wonderful stay!! This was our second time staying this beautiful lakefront retreat, and it was just as cozy and fun as before. I would recommend this place for a vacation 100%.

We had a great short stay. Very nice location on the lake and we loved the boathouse and views. Home was very comfortable for our family of 4 and had everything you could need. My teens really appreciated the cookies, was a nice surprise! Larry is a wonderful host and was quick to answer any questions we had. When we had to leave earlier than expected due to an issue back home he was very kind and generous regarding our situation. Many thanks Larry, we hope to visit again.

The place is like stepping back in time. A retro single wide mobile home nestled in the trees in a quiet neighborhood with nice lake view. Large back deck with ceiling fans for eating outside, a nice clean gas grill, big yard with firepit (plenty of wood), and a large gazebo and dock. WiFi was good. Spectrum for TV but we didn't watch much. Bed was very comfy, AC worked great, plenty of kitchen necessities, fridge was cold, all the towels you could ever need, pool noodles, kayaks etc. available. Kitchen oven was odd, but just need to follow the directions. Shower is small but I'm short so no issues. Plenty of hot water. If you are tall, the home might feel small. We swam every day off the dock. Lake Norman is very warm. We lucked out with perfect weather for the 4 days. Grocery stores are close by, and even Josh's Farmers Market. Larry was quick to respond to questions. Would love to return for another relaxing trip.

Great time!

Loved the dock and back deck. Beautiful view. We were very comfortable there. The place reminded me of our fishing trips with family in Canada. Very serene

Great vacation spot

Wonderful being on the lake and loved having the kayaks and paddle boards available. The BBQ pit was a plus, we used it a couple of times for lunch. This residence is pretty close to grocery stores, restaurants and some shopping.

We had a fantastic stay. The lake is so beautiful and peaceful. We visited in March so a little cold to go in but will definitely come back. The property was clean and very comfortable. Very grateful for an amazing vacation!

A short stay

We stayed a few days and had a peaceful time! My husband and kids enjoyed the dock and fishing! The kids also loved the kayaks! We enjoyed fires and the special treats that were left!
