Adventurous, tiny house. Located on 1 acre surrounded by evergreen forest. The tiny house has one full bedroom, one sleeping loft, full bath, living room, screened in porch, outdoor shower (summer only), and outdoor hang out space.
350 ft.² Get the tiny house experience!
Right off of interstate 77. 15 minutes to Mooresville. 30 to 40 minutes to Charlotte, Hickory, or Winston Salem areas. 10 minutes to Lake Norman State Park.
Pets are negotiable. Will welcome good pets. Sorry, no cats.

We really enjoyed our stay and certainly will stay here when traveling to the area. The attention to details by the host to make quest comfortable really impressed me. Our Yorkie loved the screen porch area. Super clean and convenient to shopping!

This tiny home was the great location for a few days of peace and quiet. Nestled in a small grove of pine trees, the place had a really cool vibe with multiple spots to rest your feet or share stories with friends. Coffee in the morning on the screened in porch or sipping a cold one by the fire pit in the evening. Choose your favorite seat and start getting cozy. With friends near Troutman, I’m sure I’ll be back.

Adorable tiny house. The home is well stocked with everything you need. They even left dog treats for the pups. We enjoyed everything about this home!

Cute clean tiny home exactly as presented in listing. Convenient location right off of I77 and close to Lake Norman hiking. Host even left a treat for my dog. Would definitely rent this property again.

What an epic getaway!

I have stayed at places all across the country and this is one of the coziest and cutest places I have ever stayed! So much attention to detail and all the decor was just perfect! I cannot rave enough! Look forward to returning soon!

This place is so adorable, and the details are amazing! We were welcomed with fresh flowers and chocolates. The outside shower was lovely, and private, a new experience for both my husband and I but we loved it. The back porch was great for early quiet mornings with a hot cup of tea; The fact that this place is dog friendly as well made our whole trip not only easier but better! The communication with the host was easy and fast as well. We absolutely had a great time, and hope to stay again sometime in the future !

My daughter and I stayed for the week while she had a day camp to attend in Charlotte. I had work during the day and the "Evergreen house" was the perfect fit for us. She is nine so the hammocks, outdoor shower, and secret hide-a-way bed above the bathroom were just enough adventure to keep her busy in the evenings! The cleanliness was above and beyond what we expected. A cabin in the woods is usually riddled with the buggy effects of nature. This house was immaculate inside and out! It is also convenient to resturants and shopping centers within 10 minutes, which was a bonus.
