Come enjoy a vacation oasis at this oceanfront Sea Isles condo with a private elevator keyed access directly to your patio door. Located in a small, quiet building, you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting with minimal neighbors, stunning ocean views, and access to a heated pool. You are steps from the sugary white sand of Indian Rocks via private beach access. The private elevator adds exceptional convenience—making it easy to bring in groceries, luggage, and beach gear directly to your door for a seamless stay.

The condo features a spacious and comfortable layout designed for a relaxing beach stay. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an updated private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. A hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located between the two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and cookware for your convenience and features upgraded cabinetry and quartz countertops. The living room offers comfortable seating with a pullout sofa, large TV and is filled with sparkling ocean views. For added convenience and comfort, there is an in-unit washer and dryer located in the hallway closet and smart TV's throughout.

Was somewhat disappointed that the listing said our cleaning staff shows up promptly at 10:00am and if you are still there an additional fee will be charged yet when we showed up at 3:45 pm to check in the cleaning person was parked in our assigned parking spot. The condo itself was fine. Great views of the gulf sunsets and close to Guppy’s and Keegan’s where we like to dine. Overall positive stay.

Beautiful accommodations

This is a beautiful, clean, and quiet location. Perfect for group family bookings, or single booking. The property manager helped us find rooms at the same location so we could spend time with our family. It was perfect.

Spacious and Clean Condo

Cleanliness is one of the most important things to me and this place was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and it was a quiet property. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Unit-L was everything & more! The location & view together was perfect & breathtaking! Warm, calm, clear waters The unit had everything we needed & then some (ex: games, beach toys, towels, 2 coolers, floats, & I think 4 or 5 beach chairs). The private elevator was a huge plus with taking luggage, groceries, beach/pool supplies & little ones up & down. This complex was located near restaurants, stores, & plenty of desserts to walk/drive to & no traffic & all within 1-2mi away. There's a Publix & Walmart Market Place next to each other just a few miles away in Largo (super convenient). We spent most of our time at the unit just enjoying the peace, sunsets, & family time together, but did adventure out a little bit...Some places to check out are: Groupers on The Gulf, Beach Pizza Plus (meaty wings!), Tropical Ice Cream & Coffee (no lines & over 150 flavors) we came here 4 times in a week lol.The Bird Sanctuary-freeJohns Pass (4hr-parking) great place to visit day/night w many shops, restaurants, & boardwalk to walk & watch boats. Captain Bligh's Landing for Putt Putt was so much fun & huge! it only cost 74 for 6 of us, while The Smugglers in Indian shores would've been 130 for 6. Pier 60 Parasailing is a MUST DO!Oh & the 4th's fireworks in surrounding areas were beautiful from the beach w no crowds & traffic! We highly recommend this unit/location to anyone, especially if you're looking for low-key relaxation!Thank you for having us & for so many memories!

Awesome place to stay!

Everything about this place was wonderful. The upstairs family had a couple of children that were a little rambunctious and we could hear them through the floor, but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of places to set up umbrella, and didn’t have to wake up at 4am to save a place.

Beautiful location on a beautiful beach

The location is perfect! Check-in was very easy. There were lots of towels, and plenty of toilet paper and other items. They also had boogie boards and beach chairs and an easy up for the beach. We had a great time!

Beautiful condo directly on the beach. All beach amenities and kitchen amenities supplied. Close travel time to Clearwater beach and John’s Pass. Will be back!

Our second time, just love this place

We are new to Indian Rocks. This two-bedroom condo is perfect for a party of two (mom and son). We love the location. Interestingly our first visit was pre-hurricane, so we were very aware of the changes to the beach landscape. However that didn't affect our enjoyment at all. The condo is very comfortable, and of course the evening sunsets are amazing. We are quiet and low-key, and this spot is perfect for us.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Pool was nice and very well kept. Loved the elevator so did not have to take any stairs. Viewed the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. So close to the beach so when the rainstorm popped up out of nowhere we could get inside before we got soaked!

Enjoyed six days at this property. We had no complaints. The condo was well equipped with everything you'd need for a beach vacation. Great location, close to lots of restaurants. We had to contact management one time about a question with the balcony doors and their response was immediate. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place to Stay in Indian Rocks Beach!

We had a fabulous time at this property! The place was super clean, well equipped with everything you could expect and need(down to a Crock pot!) and had great ocean views!! We saw dolphins from the balcony several mornings while having coffee and spent hours on the beach-so relaxing! You can take the elevator down and be right at the pool or walk out to the beautiful beach in minutes. Comfortable beds and nice complex. This place is just what we needed! Host was great too! We will definitely be back!Thanks.

Great location

Located right on the beach with an elevator to your condo... very convenient! The condo, however, could use a little tlc. A few things like a bath mat, some trash bags, and a screen on the patio door would make it nice. Really lacked guest ammenities.

Great vacation spot right on the beach

Great condo. Clean and right on the beach. The property owners are very responsive and the place is well maintained. Great sunsets ! There were two of us that shared the condo. Two nice full baths and the kitchen and living area is very roomy. I’d consider this unit in the future. There are also a few nice restaurants within walking distance.
