Location, location, location! Nestled just across the street from the stunning Kona Magic Sands Beach, White Sands Village #223 offers the ideal home base for your Big Island adventures. *CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - Pool will be CLOSED for a major refurbishing project the summer of 2026 (dates not yet released) for 3-4 months.
- Lanai repairs on units 120 and 117. 10/29/25 the contractors will start demolition and then continue to work until the two lanais are complete, which should be by 11/19/25. There will be some loud construction noise at times and some dust.
