This 2nd floor unit is the perfect spot to make your home base while exploring & experiencing the Big Island! Feel like a morning swim before starting the day? No problem - just walk across the street for a quick dip & be on your way! Or perhaps you want to get in some snorkeling – gotcha covered there as well. Kahaluu Beach Park has excellent snorkeling & is located less than a mile away.

This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium has central air-conditioning to keep you cool during the summer months, and there are ceiling fans that will keep air circulating for times when AC is not needed. WIFI if also included. The kitchen makes it easy to choose to eat in, or there are also many restaurants to choose from nearby. Imagine fresh Kona coffee on your lanai enjoying the tropical birds singing in the morning or catching the famous Kona sunsets from the pool while barbecuing fresh caught tuna or local Parker Ranch beef.

This complex provides a gorgeous pool, spa, four barbecue grills, and a game room with pool table. Step across Ali'i Drive to Kona Magic Sands beach and experience body surfing or just lay on the warm white sand and enjoy the sound of the waves lapping on the shore.

Convenient and comfortable
We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and the condo had enough beds for the 6th of us. The beds are comfortable and not overused, the kitchen has been updated, the showers have good water pressure, plenty of towels and linens. I was happy to find a crock pot which is really useful for making dinner during the day while we're gone... Also the general manager and the night security lady were very friendly and helpful.

A good deal, but in a busy location
The unit's interior was as-listed, well-equipped, and in good condition. The grounds, including the swimming pool, sauna, and bbq gazebo, were in good condition and as-listed. However, the property was incorrectly advertised as having 2 on-site tennis courts. The tennis courts had in fact been demolished many months ago and their re-construction had been stopped for some project delays. We discovered this after booking. The property was relatively quiet during the day and the other guests honored the after-hours quiet time very well. Property is immediately across the street to Magic Sands Beach, which is convenient if that's your thing, but brings extra vehicular traffic along Alii Drive - not the place for a quiet stroll. Otherwise, location is convenient to many spots up and down Alii Drive. You can't really see the beach from the lanai, but that's consistent with the advertised listing. Parking stalls are tight for larger cars. Property management staff was responsive when we called them. Unit is stocked with some basic beach items (umbrella, chairs, etc), which was nice. Overall, the property was a good value and we enjoyed our stay there.

Great condo, location
Door combo lock is very convenient, no way to lose keys. Proximity to White Sands beach is what makes these condos invaluable. Very clean condo with body boards, etc. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend. Note: There are still ridiculous covid rules posted like reserving barbecues, limit of four people in the pool, etc. Luckily everyone was ignoring these unscientific rules during our stay.
