Had a great fall break. Proper was wonderful...clean, well kept, new and updated. Chairs and umbrella provided by owner was very nice. We came in the day after Hurricane Isaias and the owner kept us informed and updated on the conditions of the property and area. When we come back to Perdido Key we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property for a vacation spot.

Great location. Unit was clean and well stocked. Host sent a great welcome packet with restaurant suggestions that we took full advantage of. Will definitely consider staying here again if we visit the area.

Easy path through oats to beach. Was very clean though and overall happy with the place. View from upstairs is great. Would stay again for a quick trip…

Had a long weekend get away with my husband. Great little townhouse. Perfect size for two or two couples and some kids. The host is very easy to communicate with. The Salty Dawg has everything needed for a great experience. The host has chairs and an umbrella to use on the beach or you can rent them right at the end of the path to the beach. Hope to stay here again soon!

The town home was excellent and in a great location to everything as far as stores and places to eat.! Beautiful scenery! Plenty of space, clean etc. The only drawback for us was we thought it was a private beach and it’s not. Next door is a bar and grill beach club that has shuttle vans dropping people off all day. They over take the beach and have no respect, and have no spatial awareness for fellow beach goers. We brought up this concern with the bar and they told us there was nothing that could be done even with calling the proper authorities. But all in all we had a very good time with the kids. FYI, there is condos fixing to open next-door to add to the beach population. For the price of the townhome you shouldn’t have to fight for places on a beach other than that it is an awesome place.

Highly recommended for a perfect vacation

This place is very clean and accommodating for a large family. The beach is very clean and your close to restaurants and stores.

Perfect Family Vacay

We had a fabulous time, and the rental was perfect! We were on vacation with four children and there was more than enough room.

Wonderful View, Perfect Location

This was our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint! The location is perfect and it's really nice having the private beach for such a small row of townhouses. You don't have to compete with a bunch of other people like you do in the bigger buildings. The beds are comfy, and everything is clean and well kept. The owner provides a lot of useful information in the welcome packet including a great list of restaurants. We can't wait to come back!

Spring Break trip

Brent was amazing to work with. He was very accommodating and let us have a very early checkin. The place was clean and nicely decorated and the location on the beach was perfect.
