Imagine being in the heart of everything Boyne! Well, that is where this fabulous 1 bedroom home is situated. Offering a full en-suite master bedroom, as well as a separate living area where you will sleep two of your family/friends in a comfy double bed. There is an additional bath for any and all guests and friends to use and not disturbing your privacy. The living, kitchen, dining area are all open to each other. The covered porch lends a covered haven from the possible rainy day, and a great place to sit and enjoy the sunny days. You will have all the comforts of home as you come and go enjoying all the beauty of the area, be it Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter! You will be within a football field length of 4 food and beverage establishments, with one being directly across the street, so no need to worry about dinner if you did not want to. You will be within 1 block of the City Beach and all the beautiful sunsets that occur there. The beach is a spectacular spot to swim, watch the boats, read a book, watch the sunset, stargaze, you name it! We are sure you will be very excited to stay in this beautiful home and setting!

Beautiful house, great location, kitchen was one of the best I’ve ever had! Couldn’t get the WiFi to work, they responded quickly, never got it to work but didn’t matter for our visit. Would highly recommend and hope we get to stay there this winter!

The property was very clean and well supplied to get you started - bedding, blankets, condiments, coffee, paper towels, soap, shampoo, towels, etc. We encountered an issue with the wifi, which could not be addressed so we unplugged for a few days. The thermostat is in the main room, is easy to work, and the furnace was responsive, quiet and efficient. The kitchen and living room are spacious and lovely. The location is fantastic. It is a walking distance of few dining places, a park, several excellent places to hike, and within driving distance of wineries, breweries, the tunnel of trees, hiking. We loved the area. The place itself: we parked by the side of the house; there are signs not to be parked on the street between 2am and 6am. If you arrive late, you may miss this. Technically, there is sleeping accommodation for 4 persons, but if the people would like to stay together, the place is best suited for 3 persons. We were three and it was fine for us, but had we been four, it would have felt uneasy. Since the house is on the main street, traffic noise can pick up early. Our third person was an early riser and was not bothered by this.

Weekend at Boyne City

Great location for walking into town, super well stocked VRBO. I was very impressed with the kitchen and supplies provided. We enjoyed our stay!

Bungalow

The location is what makes this top notch! The house is cute and updated as well, but its super convenient if you like to walk around town! Its so vlose to eveything.....the lake, marinas, restaurants, bands, shopping! The listing says 2 beds and 1 bath, but there are actually 2 bathrooms with showers so its even better than described! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Host did not respond to messages. Wifi did not work. Place was very dusty and lots of cobwebs. Could use a thorough cleaning.
