As part of our standard process, each property is inspected prior to arrival and again after departure. While the home is professionally cleaned and routinely inspected, coastal environments can occasionally present challenges. We work closely with our pest control and maintenance partners to address any issues as quickly as possible. We do regret that you did not contact our team during your stay, as we have staff available and ready to respond promptly to assist with concerns in real time. This home is one of the few remaining original Isle of Palms residences—built in 1950—and offers a unique character that many guests value. We hope that the pictures on our site portray a true expectation of the home. We apologize for the upper floor AC issues, all was functioning as it should but was struggling on that particular day to keep up.
