Great Stay

We enjoyed the Stonehaven Home's walled patio that allowed our dogs to be unleashed/play as well as it being a very short ride to both downtown and the dogpark. Having the elk visit in the mornings is a great way to start the day.

Sandy: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are so happy you had a great stay, and are glad our housekeeping staff left an impressive unit for you. It is nice to be tucked back a little away from the road, but the home does have a bit of a driveway. We do keep our areas shoveled and plowed during snowstorms. We hope you are able to join us again in the future. Jamie

Great location. Perfectly located close to town and Rocky Mtn. National Park. Kitchen has basic items compared to other homes I have rented in the past. Hot tub was clean and felt amazing on tired hiking legs. Could use a bit of TLC but otherwise perfect.

We provide ways to contact us - in person, through the Vrbo message board, through our Guest Services program, and through our 24 hour phone line. We certainly would have assisted as needed. We value our guest feedback and want to ensure our guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. We will look into the two items you mentioned. Jamie
