Clean inside and out, lovely location. We enjoyed sitting on back patio watching the hummingbirds. Saw herds of elk just steps from the property. Steps away from the River Walk which we took to town. Made a drive through RMNP and saw 2 moose. Safeway grocery store just 1.4 miles away for food and drinks to stock fridge. We were in Estes Park for a family wedding and really enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend this condo and location.

The property was very nice. The river runs right around it. We could eat on the patio and leave the screen door open at night in the balcony for the cool air and relaxing sound of the running river.

This property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances for eating in. The river behind the property was very clear and we saw many elk right outside the sliding door. Location in Estes Park was ideal as the Main Street with many local shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

This property was beautiful in every way! We had everything we could possibly need. Furniture, decor, amenities were fantastic! Situated right on the Fall River, it was so great sitting outside, listening to the water and enjoying the afternoon sun. Close to Rocky Mountain national Park and you can walk quickly into town. Very cozy, quiet and comfortable in every way! Would love to come back!

Great location! Walking distance to everything in downtown Estes. Wonderful back porch with the babbling brook running right behind us which was so peaceful. Comfortable beds, super clean, fully stocked!

This is the perfect location to walk to dining and shopping! The home is located in a quiet area with wild life and and beautiful water and walking paths ! Bedding is cozy and added touches of bathing soaps etc !!I highly recommend staying here !!!!

We loved this unit and its location on the river. Gorgeous modern decor and nice location to historic downtown Estes Park (walk in under 10 mins to Main Street). The bedding in the master (king bed) had some stains but otherwise very clean. The communication with the management company is also great. They had to fix our door keypad which stopped working but they came out in 10 mins of notifying them. Overall wonderful stay—we would stay here again!

Great location
We walked everywhere downtown. The property was very clean and newly remodeled. Owner very responsive. Would stay here again.

Respite in the Mountains
Wonderfully renovated property. Quiet and great spot right on the river. Perfect location - easy walk to town and easy access to RMNP. Definitely recommend and plan to stay here again.
