Great location, great property

Had a great experience on July 4th weekend on lake Wylie. The property is wonderfully located with lots of space. Spent every night out on the porch enjoying the views. Would happily stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing time at this property! The house was beautiful and clean, making our stay very comfortable. The owners were incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enenjoyable getaway.

Perfect lake house!

My grandkids and family members had an absolute blast swimming off the beach, catching minnows, fishing (catch and release bluegills). House was clean, beds comfortable, deck was great for evening cocktails. Views of the lake from front and back. We will definitely be back!

Property is lovely. The beach was great for small kids to play, the house was very clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated, though we had to move several fragile things to high shelves bc we had small kids under 5. Location was wonderful. The deck and boat dock need some minor repairs with boards coming up in some places but was still a nice feature to have. The listing was a bit ambiguous about the dock use and golf/pool access. I was not aware we had to inform the host that we planned to use the boat dock until the week prior to check in. His boat was still tied up when we got there, but Felix was very responsive when we called and had someone pick it up later that day, though it did show up again (beached) 2 days before our check out. Overall, Felix was very kind and responsive to communication, though there initial gaps and inconsistencies with the check in email and the original listing.

Beautifully Appointed Home

Luxury lake living is exactly what this home provides. It is beautiful and has everything you might need. The children with us enjoyed the upstairs play room and the adults enjoyed the comfortable living room downstairs. The hosts even left cozy blankets for our use. We loved the spectacular view of the lake as well. The host responded quickly to our requests. You can’t go wrong with this listing.

Lake Wylie/Golf

The home is precisely how it appears in photos. The owners are very particular on who they rent to bc they want individuals who will respect their property as they do. The owners were able to connect us with a person who rents boats. When we checked in the boat was sitting in our backyard ready to explore the beautiful lake Wylie. Our stay included golf which we utilized daily. I highly recommend this property. Easy access to many amenities and feels like home. Location is truly unbeatable for our needs. We appreciate the owners prompt responsiveness and helpful tips which made our stay perfect. Definitely will be returning. 5/5 stars all day!

Wonderful Home

This beautiful home was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and well equiped with all needed kitchen elements. Felix was incredible helpful and accomodating. We had a great vacation and particularly enjoyed the magnificent views of the lake and the beach. Our family loved the tranquility and proximity of shops and restaurants.

Like staying with family!

The house was so wonderful…layout, location, view,! But mostly enjoyed the feeling of staying with family due to everything made available to us such as sunscreen, towels, fully stocked kitchen including spices, and good quality cook wear. Would highly recommend.

Don’t pass this one up!

We had friends visiting from out of town and this house couldn’t have been better. The location was perfect and the private beach was like our own personal paradise. The owners have everything that you could need during your stay and they were very responsive when I had questions. Friends looking to make this an annual trip as long as we get this house again :)

Wedding

We came down from Chicago for my sons wedding. We had our 2 year old granddaughter with us and she loved the beach and the lake. It was a great place to stay the beach was a wonderful distraction for the kids. The house was great and was exactly as advertised. The house and dock was so nice that the new in-laws came over one night to fish off the dock. Also got to watch The Bassmasters Pro Tournament as one of the competitors went thru our inlet to catch some. We plan on coming back at some point to see the new in-laws. If you are looking for a get-a-way with a lake view and a beach but is still around town and anything you need .... then this is it. Nothing better than with coffee on the deck and then at the end of the day a glass of wine or bottle of beer sitting on the deck in a quite place with the view of the lake. Would have given it 10 stars but only 5 are available.

Relaxing and luxurious

Deserves the 5 Star Rating!

This home is as beautiful as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the additional comforts the owners provided such as the inner tubes. The home layout is also very well oriented to maximize the views and comfort. Strongly recommend this if you want to experience Lake Wylie with a true vacation feel.

A great lake house stay!

Our stay at this house was perfect! During this pandemic, renting a house on VRBO was our family's best option and this house did not disappoint. Everything was meticulous and had everything you could want (love all the Kate Spade dishes, matching hand towels, and bath towels). We would definitely stay here again!!

Fun on Lake Wylie

Beautiful house was clean and well equipped for our family vacation. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the beach and variety of toys. Owner was great to work with. Our grandson caught his first fish from the dock!

Perfect family vacation home

From the beginning to the end our vacation was perfect. The house was magnificent with more than enough room for the adults and children. This was our first family get together in almost four months due to quarantine for Covid 19 and this was just what the doctor ordered! 😊 The beach area and the lake were awesome. We rented a Pontoon boat from Tega Cay marina which made it even more perfect. Thank you so much Felix for answering all of our questions and opening up your beautiful home.

Salubrious Lake Wylie Stay

From beginning to end we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Felix was quick to reply when we had any questions. Everything was just as promised. The house was immaculate and had every convenience needed. We loved the location to everything and the layout of the home. We hated to leave!

A place for great memories!

We had a wonderful time at this home with the lake front beach access. We had plans to see the town but since the kids loved it so much we mostly played at the lake. The home is spacious. Great open floor plan for visiting with everyone. The gameroom is well insulated so the kids could play without being too loud. The beds were comfy. Everything in the home is nice and well stocked for what we needed. The host was excellent at communicating. We will definitely stay here again if it's available.

Extended family get together

VRBO has always been helpful finding properties in areas we have been wanting to visit. This was fairly close to Carowinds and US Whitewater with a peaceful view of the lake.

A vacation to remember

We travel a lot domestically and abroad. The quality of the home/hotel is a priority for my family and this property did not disappoint. It is an incredible home and the pictures do not do it any justice. The owner takes an exceptional amount of pride in the property. Everything was pristine and high quality down to the bed linen and towels. It is a fabulous property that is perfectly located. It is a hidden gem with access to all that you need (shopping, restaurants, etc.) The pool is located right next door making it super convenient to take the kids for a quick dip. This is the home for you if you are planning a trip to Lake Wylie.
