Great location & very nice to have many supplies on hand like soaps and paper towels. Beach and screened porch are very nice amenities! Comfy bed. Overall, the property just needs some maintenance to be great … like porch and fence stain, new pillows, shrubbery pruned to allow better lake view, new guidebook (someone spilled something on it and made it very sticky), and a deep clean including the dishwasher.

Thank you. Rebecca, for leaving details and suggestions for needed attention at our cottage. The dishwasher issue has already been addressed... unfortunately it was noticed and addressed after your departure. The Guest Information Booklet can be redone! I would not have known that it was sticky, if you has not let me know... many thanks for that. New pillows are already on the replacement list, landscaping has been notified about the over-grown shrubbery, and new staining for the porch area will be forthcoming. We do appreciate the nice complements for Pearl as well, and hope you will schedule a return visit to view the results of your suggestions. Warm regards and gratitude, Georgia H., Manager

We had a ball. From the pontoon rental to just floating in the lake. Had everything we needed at the rental house. It was very clean an well kept. Loved it

This is our 3rd summer at Pearl and it never disappoints We never realized there were several trails in “ The Sanctuary” until this year. We had fun exploring until it got too hot and had to hit up the lake. Property was clean and maintained. Close by to good shopping and food- we ate at Papa Docs 3 times. We had a great time!

The place was in great condition. Really enjoyed the lake views and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. I would definitely stay here again. Management team was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

We always enjoy our stay at the pearl! The cabin was Clean and has a nicely stocked kitchen. The hot tub was a good temperature. We would suggest trimming the large bush blocking the lake view from the back porch. Thank you!

We enjoyed our 4th of July stay at The Pearl. Having the beach access to the water was nice with little kids. Even though the house is tiny, the AC had a really hard time keeping up so it was unfortunately pretty warm inside. I did let Georgia know & she was quick with communication & tried her best to find a solution. It's a very cute cabin but could use a few upgrades (specifically the living room furniture, it was not very comfortable), as could most rental properties. Overall, this is a great spot for a small family getaway!

Great Lake Cabin

Great cottage for relaxing stay

Great location on the lake. The beach area was nice to have as it was in the 90's all week. Rented the Pontoon for a few days which was great for exploring the lake and stopping for dinner.

Overall was very nice. Central AC/Heat worked great. Hot tub was amazing. Lake view was so peaceful. Thankful for the experience we had while staying there.

Everything was perfect!! Very clean and spotless! The view from of the lake in the morning was incredible. We made use of the hot tub and also the pontoon boat. Both were grest also. I would definitely gi back!
