Enjoy an intimate getaway with your own beach, fire pit, and hot tub. We have a pontoon boat available by request - send a message below to Georgia for rental rates and availability. King bed in the master bedroom and a full bed futon with overhead single in second bedroom. Pull-out single sofa in the den. Two beautifully appointed bathrooms completely remodeled. Screened in back porch runs the length of the house. Open den and kitchen combination just remodeled and updated. Two decks, front and rear. Rear deck features hot tub and outdoor shower with gorgeous view of lake. Expansive white sand beach with fixed and floating docks. Hammock and firepit on the beach. Exquisite views of Lake Wylie.

Home was extremely clean and as expected, based on photos and the description. Hosts were very responsive and available from check in through check out. There was an issue with the hot water and they had a new hot water tank installed by the next morning. The home was comfortable, well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach and dock were easily accessible and also clean. I would highly recommend this home to those wishing for a lake house experience!

Get away/ Vacation

We love the location on and off the lake, everything is easy to get to. We fished a lot from dock and had a Great time , my son caught his biggest catfish ever that week , almost 40lbs. Everyone was so easy to work with and helped in any way they could

Perfect quick getaway

Loved the cottage. Our favorite parts were the screened porch, the natural light in the kitchen and main room, the hot tub and the dock. My only small critique is that the beach area could use some attention. The listing should also make it more clear that the three adjoining cottages basically share one beach.

Great little place, with a wonderful host!

This was a great little place for my family and 2 dogs. We had a few little bumps, but Georgia was absolutely wonderful. She was always very quick to respond! The screened porch was great and really made this home. Rented their Pontoon for a couple days, really made our vacation. Thanks for everything Georgia!

Great front porch!

The area was very nice and private, cute kitchen with all the amenities you will need. Cutely decorated. But the front screened in porch was our favorite. Plus the air conditioner works well as a needed plus . Georgia was always pleasant when responding.

A wonderful vacation!

We couldn't have been happier with this choice for our family vacation this year! The house has everything we needed and the location couldn't be beat! The beach and zero entry water access was perfect for our doggy (who was so happy he could come this year!) and children! We rented the pontoon boat which was great to go exploring the lake and provide additional fun for the kids! We can't wait to book again for later this summer and definitely next year! Any questions I had were answered very promptly! Such a great experience for us! Thank you!

Wonderful beach weekend

We had a lovely long weekend relaxing on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed our time together as a family. The beach is the highlight of the property along with the large yard. The beach is shared with two other homes and we were able to be safely distanced from them (covid) while still having plenty of space to play. The reason for the 4 stars is because the home and screened in porch are in need of a deep clean. We don't have a pet but all of our clothing had pet hair on it from staying in the home, and while we understand it's a pet friendly rental, seeing dog hair in the beds and on our clothing was disappointing. We didn't rate lower than 4 though because despite the dander and dust, we did have a lovely weekend on the beach. Georgia is a very good communicator and host, and you can tell she cares about your experience in the home. I appreciated her quick replies and kindness.

Cute waterfront house. Sunsets were amazing and the fire pit was used every night. Excellent hiking opportunities all within 20 minutes of the house. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked. However the beds were killer. The mattress was so thin we were sleeping on the frames.

Perfect spot

The house is clean and well stocked with a big wonderful screened in deck. Communication with the owner is excellent. The location on the lake is fantastic! We rented the pontoon boat and spent the entire day on the water. We will definitely return!

Wonderful lil cottage!

What a wonderful place with a stunning view! The cottage was perfect for the three of us. We loved having access to the private beach with all the water toys, and relaxing in the hot tub each night was a highlight. The location was also perfect — so close to Charlotte. We hope to come back someday!

Lake House Paradise

What a sweet cozy lake house right on pretty Lake Wylie! The sunsets are amazing along with peace and tranquility. Excellent walking paths and a short drive to markets etc. I will be back !

Very nice place!

This place exceeded our expectations. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable, the beach is a real gem and the views are wonderful. We stayed at The Pearl for Christmas 2024 and it was really great. Would strongly suggest for a couple or small family looking for a comfyt get-away on the water close, but not too close, to Charlotte.

The peaceful Pearl

staying at “ the Pearl “ exceeded our expectations as far as years of booking, quiet, beautiful getaway at a cozy cottage on Lake Wylie, North Carolina!!! Georgia, the property manager was the best communicator and truly was available for any questions or concerns with our stay. Talk about a beautiful view! It was the best. We are looking forward to a future stay during warmer weather sooner than later!

Beautiful sunsets

Loved this little cottage! Right on the lake. Sand beach. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfy king-size bed and good hot shower. The sunsets were beautiful. Looking forward to future visits in warmer weather! Thank you, Georgia!

Great weekend getaway

Very neat 2 bedroom cabin with nicely stocked kitchen. We had an early Thanksgiving dinner out on the screened in porch and it was perfect. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit.

Great Lake Retreat

This is a fabulous cabin with all the amenities needed for a lake retreat. The host is spectacular, very communicative and the house is a gem. Looking forward to coming back.

Fall Break

We came up to The Pearl for a long weekend over Fall Break and had the best time. The cottage is the perfect lake house and the large property and beach were great for my 2 boys ages 10 & 11. We can't wait to come back and make this an annual adventure for our fanily.
