This lovely new duplex in private Lewis Bay Compound is steps from a beautiful private beach with gorgeous views of Lewis Bay. The home offers a patio with chaise lounges, a gas grill, and a table for outside dining. Interior includes granite counter tops, hardwood floors, tumbled Travertine tile bath, and a sparkling new interior. Enjoy the wonderful sea breezes in this comfortable new duplex surrounded by sun, sand, and crushed shell drives. Be among the first to experience all Lewis Bay has to offer. We now offer year round getaways at our Lewis Bay location, weekly or weekends....


Rentals for fall winter and early spring: As of November 2008 this location is year round....Weekly and weekend rentals are available year round. Enjoy a special retreat by the sea and go home relaxed and refreshed. See our rate schedule for year round rates.

Perfect little place!

My husband and I stayed here during a stop on our honeymoon, and we had a wonderful time! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to the water, and is very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Everything was as described and the house was spotless, spacious, and comfy. The location can't be beat. It was easy to get a taste of all the cape has to offer with quick, easy drives. Definitely recommend!

Great Relaxing Stay

My husband and I spent 5 nights and our grown son joined us for the weekend. The location is lovely to either sit on the patio or to be inside, looking out at the water and boats. Inside was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable! All the amenities you need. The owner was available by phone as well when we had a few questions.

Great location near Hyannis with plenty of restaurant options. House has all the amenities that you would need. Owners very accessible to answer questions (which was my issue). Definitely would stay again

Perfect quiet getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful relaxing time at this beautifully decorated clean and centrally located condo. The neighborhood is quiet yet friendly. We felt very welcome and safe. The property owners Bob and Patty were extremely responsive and answered all of our questions during our entire stay. We would definitely definitely recommend this property!

Nicer than we expected

Although the photos on VRBO looked nice, the condo was much nicer than we expected. We loved the enclosed patio area and had most of our meals there. The neighborhood is delightful. The hosts were very responsive to our needs.

Clean and

If I could give 6 stars I would! This place is homey, comfortable and clean. I stayed here with a friend and we each had our own bedroom. Easy walk to the water and close to all we wanted to do on the Cape. We asked the owners to to recommend a beach and they suggested Chapin which was gorgeous and free after 4:00 pm. Very helpful and nice owners. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Location

House in very nice neighborhood. Clos to restaurants and shops. Convenient location to go to Brewster, Chatham and Eastham for Cape Cod Rail Trail and marsh kayaking.

Awesome family vacay!

Great week in West Yarmouth! House was exactly as described, great location to several small neighborhood beaches including one right in front of the house. Owners are great to communicate with and have the house well-stocked. We can't wait to come back next year!

Great week!

We enjoyed our week in this lovely home! We were able to make ourselves at home on the Lewis Bay compound; it is a very beautiful area and the neighbors were friendly. We loved having beach access right there as well as all the “stuff” we needed (from groceries to mini golf and coffee) just minutes away. The house was well maintained and it was great to leave the towels and linens at home. Thank you! We may need to come back:)

This condo in a private compound was excellent. Amenities were as stated. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Host was very accommodating and knowledgeable of all the area services and points of interest. Planning a return trip.

Great Location

Property is close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and mini golf locations. Easy drive to the ferry’s for Martha’s Vineyard and whale watching. Property manager was very communicative. Would stay here again.

Beautiful

The rental and neighborhood were gorgeous. Quick walk down to the water. House was nicely decorated and had a variety of cookware, cups plates bowls utensils. The master bed was very comfortable and I’m assuming the kid beds were too bc my 2 year old slept through the night while we were there(never happens at home haha). Very helpful owners as we had a couple issues with previous renters leaving trash cans full so no room for our trash and the picture of second bedroom showed a bunk bed with a railing but upon checking in we noticed there was no safety rail at all (it was a different bunk bed than listed). Was able to locate a toddler safety rail as a temporary fix. Overall very pleased with the home, owners, location.

A hidden jam
