I’ve flagged your reservation with our operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and property-management teams to investigate and address the issues you described: mattress condition, broken/missing slats and armrest on the balcony chairs, limited living-room seating, the difficult kitchen garbage can, and to review parking size and elevator capacity. I’ve also noted your feedback on check-in time and appreciated that the unit was clean, spacious, had a great view, washer/dryer, excellent splash pad, beach wheelchair availability, and a well-equipped kitchen.
