Short walk to East beach on St Simons Island.

A two bedroom , two bathroom property that can accomodate five people. Two blocks from Crab Trap and Crab Daddy’s and bike rental. Cross boardwalk over the dunes and onto best East Beach on island. It is 100 yards from the beach and near coast guard marine. Guests will have pool access. It has Jack and Jill baths (shower and bath tub kind). The interior of the house is very beautiful and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher. cooking utensil and dinning wares. We also have a washer and dryer, sundeck at the back, FREE WiFi, parking space good for two vehicles.

We enjoyed the upstairs balconies for morning coffee. Property was clean and convenient to beaches. Great getaway for us! Host was very responsive for any needs may have had. Furnished with everything to make stay great!

Very clean and quiet. The townhouse has stairs to be considered. Beautiful pool across parking lot to use. Decorated with a comfortable surroundings.

Catherine was a great , neat , honest communicator . I will definitely rent to her again . I thought I gave her all 5s , the best , but found out my responses got changed sonehow .Hope she's forgiving .

We love this place!! Beautifully decorated with lots of special touches. We loved all the glass doors leading outside to cute and cozy seating areas! The host provides plenty of extras-extra toilet paper and paper towels, trash bags, etc., and to me, having a laundry room was a BIG plus-I hate to take a bag of dirty clothes home! This condo is like a home away from home-you just feel comfortable in it. Thank you for your hospitality!

We enjoyed staying here! there are stairs just wasn’t aware of that but didn’t really change anything for us even my in laws were fine but if you can’t do stairs this place has them. We enjoyed having access to the pool and being close to everything and Bonnie the host was very nice and helpful!

Perfect place for a Daddy/Daughter get away even with the weather not being ideal! Easy bike ride to grocery store, shopping, restaurants, the lighthouse, putt-putt and pier!

So close to so many activites & great access to the beach. A pervious guest had taken all the hangers, so none available for us to use. The sheets on one of the twin beds was beyond old & peely, thank goodness there was an extra to change the bed with. I think we would have appreciated some directions for the TV, got access to Netflix the one time we watched. The condo & parking were great!! I would stay there again with my friends. Thank you Bonnie for everything!!

I m sorry there were not enough hangers . Usually a closet full but thx for letting me know , so they can be there for next guests . The tV directions are by the TV and copy also in top drawer under the TV . Wish you'd texted me like you did for other questions. The sheets are replaced every 6 months too , but thanks for communication. Hope you come again and glad you had a good time and will return to my place . Bonnie

Convenient location close to beach, village and roads to everything on island plus fabulous decks and balcony made up for having to run up and down stairs for a bathroom which needed deep cleaning. Upstairs space superior to downstairs space where bedrooms and bath were located. Good young family space but avoid if elderly.

this condo was perfect for the two of us. A good brisk walk to the beach was very nice. The area was clean. It was centrally located to the stores and into shopping. There wasn’t anything we needed. The hostess was the Mostess ‘n She was available if we had a question. And we do recommend this condo and hoping to return.

this was a nice place to stay, there was more than enough room for me and my wife, but would accomodate a larger family with kids. it was a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurant's but if you don't mind walking not bad at all. there are plenty more shops and restaurants on the south side of the island. it's a bit tricky getting to the beach through the paths in the dunes especially since it had rained and there was standing water on some of the paths.

In short, my 3 week stay at this property was everything I was hoping for and more! The host, Bonnie is amazing and has literally thought of everything that makes a stay feel like being at home. Bonnie was very prompt in answering the very few questions I had and so friendly! I spent almost every day with my grandchildren at the pool which is shared with the neighbouring condo complex and it was very fun and relaxed. I will definitely be back again as soon as I can. Thank you Bonnie for a great time!!

Great place

Great place! Nice, clean, and close to the beach. The ONLY weird thing was the 5th person's bed is a mattress that's is on the floor. Our 5th person was more comfortable stretch out on the couch.
