Get the relaxation you desire when you stay in this quiet ground floor end unit. No through traffic and just steps from the pool and laundry facility.

To spend the day at the beach you can take a short 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the pier/village area and walk the beach anytime but high tide. Afterward you can shop and enjoy all the restaurants located there.

This charming Oceanwalk condo has a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary items for cooking. The king size mattress is new and very comfortable!The laundry facility is just steps out the door! What more could you ask for?!

Pets under 50 lbs are allowed with a pet deposit of $85 (fees will appear in booking details). Please inquire if you have a well behaved pet larger than 50lb and we can discuss making an exception.

Short stay

The condo was perfect for us and our doggies. We loved that we could walk to the shops and restaurants at the village. The unit was clean and comfortable. Hollie was a pleasure to work with. We would like to visit the area again.

Our Holiday Celebration

Immaculate condo and great location on SSI

Husband and I visited SSI for the first time. So thankful we found this beautiful pup friendly condo. No sign a dog was ever in it, not easy to do. Convenient location, walked to the Village area easily and quick drive to East Beach.

Highly recommend!!

I loved this condo. It was close to everything, priced very well, and when I got there it exceeded my expectations. I really relaxed in the pool quite a bit and it was clean as well. As for the condo, it was just as I expected. The furniture and everything was adorable in a beach theme and the big bed was just what this girl needed. Rest, relaxation, and the beach. If given the chance I would definitely be back for another stay. y girl

Lovely property and host!

We just stayed at this property for a long weekend and really enjoyed it. The condo was immaculately clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location is convenient to anywhere you may want to go on the island. Communication with the owner was prompt, pleasant, and helpful. We travel to the area often to see family and will absolutely stay here again!

Southern Hospitality

St, Simon island is beautiful and the people are very friendly and helpful. Ocean Walk is a lovely community with everything you need for a relaxing trip and is centrally located and very dog friendly. You can walk to town/pier/park /dog park and drive to three different beaches in 5 minutes. P7 is a lovely condo. Very nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen and fenced in front porch for dogs. The unit has a lot of green space in the back for early morning doggie potty breaks as well as being near the laundry facilities.I would come back to property with no hesitations. Cons-No washer and dryer in unit. Couch is not the most comfortable but great lounge comfy chair is the best.

Very nice location and property. Only issue was electrical outlet in bedroom was the faceplate and one of the outlets wasn't working part-time.

Refreshing

Our experience here was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I and our pet enjoyed a week at this lovely place. It was so refreshing, such a great location, so close to the beach, shops and we even ventured over to Jekyll Island at Driftwood beach one day, which I highly recommend, it which was an easy drive and wonderful experience and scenery. The host was amazing and made everything so easy. We would love to stay here again!!

Peace and quiet in St. Simons!

This is my second stay at this property! I can say with complete confidence and experience, that this property is outstanding! Only minutes from shopping, the local airport, the pier and dozens of shops and restaurants! It is in the back of the property with no through traffic. One of the 2 pools is 40 feet away… The unit is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Just add food and drink! The Host is quick to repsondd to any concerns or questions and check in is on line! I plan on returning next year for my third stay! Thank you Hollie! Chris C.

Great Ocean Walk Condo - P-7

Had a wonderful time on SSI. First time staying at this unit…love the “P” Building. House was as described and it was clean. Had nearly all the amenities one would want in a stay. Couch and living room furniture were super cozy and the bed was really comfy, with nice quality, soft linens! Always love this complex….super close to The Village and the Pier. The only things I noticed (versus what I’ve seen at other VRBO properties) that the owners might consider would be: 1. Offering a starter pack of coffee pods 2. Installing a towel rack or adding an over the door hook in the toilet and shower room 3. Adding a full length mirror in bedroom 4. Refresh of items in snack bowl

Relaxing Break with Pet

This is a lovely apartment in a great complex. My small dog and I enjoyed a relaxing time and enjoyed taking walks around the small lake, viewing the ducks, and making short trips to the ocean near by. The apartment was exactly as described and the owners were responsive to any needs.
