The water is magical. Free tram if you don't want to walk. Come have fun in the PERFECT location.Access is a door code so no need to meet for keys. Building C is your building. This was the perfect spot for my husband and I! It's in such a good location, the parking was always easy, the check-in was super smooth. We had everything we needed including beach chairs, and umbrellas, and easy access to the pools right outside. We loved the little space & would definitely come back!

This was the perfect location, perfect getaway for us. I think this may be annual trip. The restaurants and shops are literally steps from the room.

During our recent vacation, my friends and I stayed at a vacation rental by owner that showed great potential but admittedly needed some renovations and stylistic touch-ups. The home was located in a picturesque area with stunning views nearby and a convenient location close to local attractions, which was a definite plus. However, upon arrival, we could tell the property had not received proper maintenance in a while. The paint on the walls was chipping, and some of the furniture looked outdated, which took away from the overall charm of the place. Besides that, the owner was friendly and responsive. With a little attention to detail and some updates, this rental could become a gem!

We have stayed at this property many times and we still find it a great place to stay. Great location, great amenities, over all great choice . Family friendly and also very adult friendly .

Great stay!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Great place and perfect location! Communication with owner was perfect! Walking distance to many eating places and shops in Seacrest and Rosemary.

The place to stay for Rosemary Beach

Loved it all! The unit, the option of 2 pools, the shuttle to the beach runs continuously, variety of restaurants and bars, live music every night in the courtyardIf that isn’t enough, it is only a 5 minute walk to all that Rosemary beach offers!

Perfect beach rental

I didn't plan for much other than beach and food. This place was perfect for after beach fun all day because they had live music every day at 5pm, there were food places and a little grocery store and a beach supplies store in the strip where we stayed. It was super convenient because everything we needed was right where we were staying. Would definitely stay here again! Also the host was very prompt with responding. Thanks for letting me and my kid stay

Great location

Great location though photo and some directions not up to date. Easy access to room and pool. Don’t recommend in off season as there were very few places open for food etc. Host was very responsive and kind.

Great studio right in the middle of everything!

This place was fantastic for my friend and I to visit. In the busy season, the tram service picks you up very close by, and the pool is visible from the window! Also, there’s sometimes live music right on the other side of the building along with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all right there! loved this place so much and hope to come back here!

Great spot

This is my second time in this location. Nice for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great spot to rent bikes and listen to live music on the weekends. The pools were close and clean. The beach is a short walk or ride. Will come back

First visit to the Emerald Coast

Location of this rental is Amazing! The unit is small (as expected from description) but met our needs. The walk to beach was short and stunning. Access to pool and hot tub outside our building gave our stay a resort feel. A big bonus was location of restaurants and convenience store on the first level of our buildings.

Great location

Really nice studio apartment with an excellent location close to beach, shops, restaurants. Two things to look into: couch pull-out bed was stuck closed and kitchen sink faucet leaked. Otherwise 5/5! Thank you.

We will be back!!!

We had never been to Florida before and definitely lucked out when booking! Our family of four loved this condominium. The location is PRIME!!! Shops, restaurants, pool and jacuzzi directly under the building! The beach tram is awesome and the walk to it is quick! Loved the short walk to Rosemary, Seaside and Alys Beach. We can't wait to go back!

Pura Vida

It was a little small for the 2 of us since we had to bring more clothes, etc for a wedding and pre-wedding events. A full view mirror would be a plus to help with dressing.

Good enough

The good: Location, amenities. Overall the place is looking a bit tired - needs some painting, a/c fan kinda noisy, no bathroom sink plug, clothes iron broken. Nice bonus that there were beach chairs, but time for new ones. Everything was clean enough and we didn’t hang around much, so it was ok. It was adequate but not inspiring.

AC Did Not Work Well

The stay was nice however the ac situation was not good at all. The unit really didn't work. I feel like it should have been at least turned on before we got there. If just didn't work well at all and it was a very hot couple of days.

Hi Terry, I’m not exactly sure what you could have been doing wrong. The AC in this studio gets super cold. The studio was vacant a couple of days before your arrival. The cleaning service is instructed to Set the thermostat on 75 when they are done. Guest can lower it to their desired temperature upon arrival.

1. HVAC unit does no work on AC. 2. Toilet needs new flapper valve and float adjustment 3. Crank handle on right side of East window needs fixing. 4. Fan chain too short to reach.

AC must be on snowflake mode, not just mode fan to cool. AC was working properly. The toilet has been repaired. Thank you for letting us know about the toilet.

Economy Property

2 adults and 4 year old stayed over Christmas while traveling between 2 other locations. Choose this due to cost and location. I assumed the cost was due to the off-season. However, this property is cheaply furnished and is in need of upgrades. The mattress was horrible. Ran out of paper towels and toilet paper in 24 hours. Located by a communal door which slammed at all hours. Woken early by trash and delivery trucks on business days. Floor needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. This may be there right property for some but was not for us. Not worth the value of in season cost.

Thank you for the review Daphne, we have scheduled a deep clean for the floors. Most of our other reviewers love the bed, and are always asking where we purchased our pillows. Also, in your arrival information, it gives you a heads up, that we only supply your initial day of toiletries, and paper towels. Guest will need to bring more, if staying more than two nights. There’s a grocery store located in the village, called Sundries, where items can be purchased if needed.
