Charming Lexington Home

This home is located in the quiet and safe Village of Lexington and is perfect for the business traveler or just for enjoying the area. Conveniently located to Mid-Ohio Race Track (10 mins), Snow-trails Ski Resort (15 mins), Mohican State Park, lakes, retail, grocery stores and entertainment. My place was recently updated, is very spacious and comes with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. This home is attached to my home, but has a private, separate entrance, fenced rear patio and off-street parking.

My home is in a very safe, middle-class residential neighborhood. There are no homes to the rear of the residence, just lots of green space. There is a community pool and kids soccer fields in the distance, so there will be occasional "happy noise". Kids still ride their bikes and play in this neighborhood, so if that is bothersome to you, you will be disappointed. The neighbors are friendly, but unobtrusive and it's safe to take a stroll through the neighborhood. There are several very nice parks for families to enjoy and quick access to a walking and biking path that goes through several neighboring towns. In the summer months, there is a Go-Cart course and Putt-Putt Golf located 5 minutes from this home.
There is ample choices for dining and shopping close by. I have a comprehensive guest book for your viewing when you arrive.
RACERS...there is room for a car hauler and a carport for motorcycles!

Wonderful, cozy stay!

Our stay was fantastic! The house is so nice and cozy. Everything was clean and tidy. It has all the amenities you need and then some! We just loved our stay and we'll be back again :)

Great location

Stayed here for the Mid-Ohio Indy Race weekend. The house is very close to track. We enjoyed the back patio after a long day. Love watching the fireflies.

Comfortable- convenient home

Perfect for weekends at MidOhio raceway. Amenities are well thought out and unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Love the fairy lights on the patio!

The house and surrounding property was awesome! The change in scenery from the closest town was refreshing. Communication from the host, and how supplied the house was, was amazing. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Great stay

We stayed four days for the Inkcarceration music and tattoo festival. This home was great for us. We didn’t have time to visit many other places around, but had a great home base to rest and recharge at the end of the day. Thank you for being a great host, Andy.

So fresh and so clean

The place was spotless! Great location in a quiet family neighborhood. Central to all of our activities. Felt like home when returning from a day of sight seeing. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great place to kick back an relax

We loved getting up making coffee, toasting a bagel and relaxing around the house. Same in evening. All the comforts of being home. We took advantage of the washer/dryer( Andy provided laundry soap and dryer sheets).Watched TV at night to unwind. Very quiet location.

Totality Awesome

Booked to see solar eclipse and visit with child hood friends. Went antiquing and visited Grandpa’s Cheesebarn. Ate at Rancho Fiesta and was pleased with the food and service. Would go again if I had stayed longer.

Cute, clean & comzy Comfortable

Last minute girls weekend, I found Andys place & it looked very nice & the other reviews were outstanding. & now i know why. Easy to find, easy to get in, comfortable & cozy. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pretty well equipped kitchen, perfect for a longer stay if that's what your looking for. I will be going back again.

Lovely Tiny Home

This was a very lovely place to stay. It was very clean and very quiet.Its also in a great neighborhood. Just what my doctor ordered. You really only need to bring your clothes to stay here. I was very happy to see they even had a fan for the bedroom. Andy was a very great host. Answered all questions very promptly. I will definately be back for another stay. I give this place 5 starts. Cozy, clean and private

I was really impressed with the how clean everything was. There were a lot of plants and knick knacks, and anyone who cleans knows how hard it is to keep dust from settling over everything. Not one speck!!The house itself was cozy and the bed was a sleep number so that was nice. The room was dark so sleeping was easy. The neighborhood was middleclass and in a lication I felt very secure in. Well lite with hood locks. There was a large back yard with seating and privacy. I saw red birds, squirrels and a rabbit one morning. Really beautiful landscaping. I would recommend this home to anyone, Andy the host was pleasant to communicate with and was clear with all his instructions.

This is a great find for any event you have in the area! Very clean, great amenities, feels like home. Located in a nice, quiet residential area. Loved having coffee on the patio. Wish it was permanent

Everything is laid out perfectly and efficiently. You would never know it was less than 800sqft and Andy is amazing. He accommodated us when we were in desperate need of a place. Would recommend to anyone coming in for a visit.

Felt like home

We had a great experience at this property. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable and homey. Andy has thought of everything someone may need while there. Very easy to get to and only about 6 miles from everywhere we planned on going which was really nice. Perfect place for a weekend getaway!

Great place

Andy was very helpful in getting the place booked (and working through booking platform issues that were out of his control—went an extra mile for sure) and has a great place to stay! Very clean, nice, everything you need. Very thoughtful in preparing the place for us as well (we have two young kids and he had the sofa bed all made up for us and had a couple of nice little surprises for them!). Andy was great at communicating, easy to work with and would absolutely recommend his place for a trip to the area. Will stay again when we are back.
